Eduardo Chillida
La obra artística de Eduardo Chillida (1924-2002) representa en la actualidad uno de los máximos exponentes de las artes plásticas de la segunda mitad del siglo XX. Este año nanimarquina ha creado la colección Chillida basándose en una selección cronológica de sus obras pictóricas, desde la Figura Humana de 1948, pasando por el dibujo Tinta de 1957 y la obra Collage de 1966 que reflejan el proceso de trabajo previo a su obra más conocida, el Peine del viento de San Sebastián. También incluye dos dibujos de sus famosas manos: Mano y Manos de los años noventa y el trabajo de Gravitación de 1993 y 1994 dónde creo una nueva forma de relieve, un relieve escultórico hecho con papel. Toda esta obra ha sido traducida en alfombras con su máxima exactitud, todas ellas hechas a mano y utilizando diversas técnicas y distintos materiales como la lana, la seda, el moer, para dar texturas y mostrar la esencia de su obra y ofrecer el valor que se merece.
The artwork of Eduardo Chillida (1924-2002) currently represents one of the greatest accomplishments of the arts in the late 20th century. This year nanimarquina has created Chillida collection based on a chronological selection of his work, from Figura Humana 1948, through Dibujo Tinta 1957, to Collage 1966 that reflects the process prior to his most famous sculpture, the Peine del Viento in San Sebastián. It also includes two pictures of his famous hands from the 90s, and Gravitación, 1993 and 1994, where he creates a new form of relief, sculpture made of paper. All this work has been accurately translated into the rugs. All of them are handmade using various techniques and different materials like wool, silk and mohair, to give texture and show the essence of his wok and provide desired value.
