Nanook table Philippe Bestenheider, โ ซ2008 Description Table on three legs. Steel top, frame and legs have white or black matt or green, red or blue glossy powder coat finish, or gold chrome. The table's top is comprised of separate die-cut steel plates that abstractly suggest the hexagonal structure of a snowflake. Tops interlock with each other in combinations of multiples, and can also be stacked: table legs connect through top's interstices.

Nanook is the first collection for Moroso by young Swiss designer Philippe Bestenheider, who worked in the studio of Patricia Urquiola. Nanook is the result of his ongoing design research into surface fragmentation, molecular structures, the transition from two dimensions to three.
