Zlata Rodionova

Originally from Moscow Russia, Zlata Rodionova grew up in Luxembourg. Passionate about writing, travel and arts she decided to move to London to undertake a BA in Journalism It is there that she first started doing photography, a new more intimate method of telling her stories. This encouraged her to do an MA in Photojournalism at Westminster University London. Interested in the issues surrounding Eastern Europe, for her major project she decided to focus on the decaying legacy of the Soviet 1960s Space dream.
