The Essence of Water Is the marriage of creativity and environmental information put into a holistic context. It can inspire us how to heal our relationship with the element of water, within ourselves, with each other and the global Ocean, the largest ecosystem of our planet.

Oceans – Earth –Us Dive in and discover deeper insights in to the element of water, Oceans and Seas. This can assist in an understanding of how important it is to nurture our relationship with water.  How we can become aware of making realistic everyday changes in reducing personal C02 emissions, which together can all add up to a collective change consciously and environmentally.  Becoming more conscious of our true relationship with water, we can begin to awaken to the reality that healthy water inside of our- selves and within the Oceans of the Earth is key for THE ESSENCE OF ALL LIFE  Our bodies mostly contain Water, the adult body contains around 60%, and babies contain 75%. We are sensitive beings connected to all Water.

Introduction Water is The ESSENCE OF ALL LIFE within us and of the Earth. The intention of this book is to inspire people of the awareness that we have a deeper relationship with water. Alongside the environmental issue of Ocean Acidification. Discover what we can do to heal our relationship with water. Access the potential to empower ourselves as to how we can make changes that can bring healing, harmony and well-being back to the water within our bodies, and to the Waters of the Earth. At this pinnacle point in history, we may have the potential to steer away from current Ocean Acidification tipping point forecasts, if we act swiftly, in to a more sustainable, hopeful, healthier today, tomorrow and for the future.

The Essence of Water The Essence of Water book and exhibition can inspire people as to how we all can take better care of the water within ourselves, and of the waters of the Earth. We are mostly water, approximately 70 %, and approximately the same ratio applies to the surface of the Earth. Water is the essence of all circulatory systems within our body and the circulatory system within the Earth. Every drop of water is a microcosm of the Universe, containing the same rhythms and patterns just on a different scale. The same principle applies to the water element of the human body, the circulation of blood, and the heartbeat. Anything that interferes with these rhythms, interferes with the process of life. Interferences can be issues from the small subtle ill effects, such as negative thought patterns and behaviours to the larger Environmental issues,

such as the vast absorption of Co2 in to the Oceans. Both cause Human and Environmental health issues. Modern lifestyles consisting of being indoors for long periods often disconnect us from the element of water in the air, rivers, seas, and the Earth, which in turn creates a disconnection with our relationship with water We are exposed to all kinds of microwave electromagnetic stress, all on a subtle level that can affect the molecular structure of the water within our bodies and that of our rivers, seas and oceans. This in turn can contribute to Human and environmental dis-ease. Electromagnetic frequencies can be harmful to our bodies and to all the living kingdoms of this Earth. Over exposure to electromagnetic frequencies can affect the autonomic nervous system, which can alter the information that a body needs to maintain its life-force.

Becoming more conscious of our true relationship with water, we can begin to acknowledge that healthy water inside of ourselves and within the Earth is

The Essence of all life. We are called to remember more of the whole picture of how important it is to love, respect and take care of the deeper reality of our watery body and the waters of the Earth. We can then begin to make conscious changes for the future, changes which support a harmonious, healthier sustainable way forward for the health and future of Humanity, the Oceans and for the Earth as one whole. For our own health and for the health of the Planet. The Essence of Water – Healing Our Relationship with Water and Save Our Oceans exhibition covers information on Ocean Acidification, which is the most pressing

Environmental issue that is affecting our global Ocean. Ocean Acidification (OA) is a term used to describe significant changes to the chemistry of the ocean. It occurs when carbon dioxide gas (or CO2) is absorbed by the ocean and reacts with seawater to produce acid. This is happening at a speed 100 times greater than has ever been observed during the geological past. The Future of our Oceans is uncertain. Ocean Acidification is happening alongside Climate Change and C02 emissions are contributing to the acceleration of Climate Change and Ocean Acidification. Ocean Acidification, is caused by the global Ocean soaking up C02 emissions that we create individually, collectively and globally, throughout our daily lives. Ocean Acidification can and is causing ecosystems and marine diversity to dramatically change. The impact could be substantial, on

many levels. As the oceans become more acidic, it will become progressively more difficult, if not impossible for organisms to build calcium carbonate shells and skeletons, to maintain their existence. By the middle to end of this century, parts of the oceans have been forecast to be corrosive enough that they will cause already formed calcium carbonate to dissolve. Ocean Acidification could have rippling consequences throughout the entire Oceanic and Planetary ecosystem. Even marine animals that do not create calcium carbonate shells or skeletons may be threatened by the increasing acidity of the oceans. One of the most devastating impacts of rising ocean acidity could be the collapse of food webs. As ocean chemistry continues to change, the many goods and services they provide could dwindle, forcing millions of people to find new food sources, new homes and new sources of income.

Adapting to these losses would take huge resources from the global community and in some cases adaptation would not be possible. To sum up, the Co2 emissions that are created by a highly industrial way of modern living, from our travel, our purchases, the use of energy in our homes are all part of our individual and collective Co2 emissions/ carbon footprint, which is affecting the sensitive eco system of the Oceans and atmosphere. Recognising that everything we do affects the environment, our-selves, each other, the Oceans, and the Earth. To understand more of the whole picture of how crucial it is to respect and take care of the deeper reality of our watery body and waters of the Earth, we can then begin to make conscious changes for now and the future. Changes which support a harmonious, healthier sustainable way forward for the health

and future of Humanity, the Oceans and for the Earth as a whole. A smarter future is one where we reduce carbon dioxide emissions, transition to cleaner, renewable sources of energy and prevent the need for such large-scale adaptation. We are called to respect, nurture and respect the waters of our bodies, and the waters of the Earth’s Oceans. With awareness of how we are all related through the element of water, and that WATER IS THE ESSENCE OF ALL LIFE , with the understanding of the serious issue and complications of Ocean Acidification, we can as citizens of the Earth make conscious choices that are in favour of the well -being of all life. We have the opportunities of educating ourselves, in order to give us the optimum hope and taking the most action possible individually and collectively will determine whether we experience a tipping point or lean back away from tipping point predictions.

We are all at a pinnacle point in the Oceans and Earth’s history. When we acknowledge the deeper truth and responsibility of the part we all play in the wellbeing of our own personal health and the health of the Waters of the Earth. Then we have the awareness to individually and collectively take responsibility to alleviate the environmental stress from ourselves, from the Oceans and this beautiful Earth, the blue jewel we all call home. With awareness, education and eco tips we can all play our part actively to nurture hope for a sustainable future for the Oceans, the Earth, all living beings and for us all – humanity. We are all unified through the element of water.

The Mer-Children

Story of Myth and Message.

The Mer-Children Within the ancient place of Lyme Regis in Dorset, a place known where Mermaids, Mermen and Mer-children live. It was here that 2 young children, who both bore the signs of Mer-children lived. They live a life of truth, which many have spent lifetimes trying to find. The Mer-children know wisdom deep within and they intend to begin to share with all those who care about the future of humanity, of our Oceans and of our Earth. They are here to relay to all who live on the land to truly think about the Seas and Oceans and how they affect you and me. So many in their busy lives can miss the concept of the connection humans have with the Seas and Oceans. The Oceans balance out this Planet, pulls us in and pushes us out, knowing it holds the world’s entire vibrations within its allencompassing Ocean Shell. Listen now and

redeem yourselves for this is the essence of a story that for the rest of time shall be on all shelves. The Mer-children Sapphire &Indigo spend their days mingling as Humans with the town’s folk, enjoying the blue skies whilst walking the land. No one has any idea they are from the Mer- realms, people are yet to hear them speak of their wisdom in relation to all seas and Oceans. Upon a full moon lit night as I strolled along the beach the Mer- children appeared emerging from the water, half human, half mermaid causing me to reflect within the realms of the deep. They choose to be the link, inviting all humans to remember that the Seas and Oceans of this beautiful Planet Earth are more blue than green. The Earth is covered by 71% of Water, our bodies too contain more or less the same ratio.

We are more like the Ocean, than we are of the Earth, were the words I heard them whisper, and carried by the wind. The winds of change blowing called me in to the Ocean, the Merchildren guiding me and holding my hands. Their message to me began . . . The vibrations of pollution is affecting all of our waters, not just of the Oceans, but also of our Sons and Daughters, of the Humans and Mer- people. Water is the source of all life, life began from the Sea creating you and me. All water is one, one whole, one awareness. Water is aware of all other water in the World and it is aware of you and me. It contains all vibrations that we all create, all love, all disharmony, a whole body of water vibrating frequencies. Return to love, honour and respect of all Water within our bodies and within all Oceans and Seas. This return to love, to harmony helps all water, within ourselves for it flows within the blood in

our veins, all rivers flow to the Ocean of wholeness that is part of you and me. The Mer-children carry my Mer-soul diving deeper in to the waters, I caught the glimpse that they are my Daughters. Daughters of change, arrival on Earth, engage, igniting to save our Oceans and Earth, they have put out a request for the truth to be heard and they are keen to know how we can all together rise up and be heard. The Wise souls of the Mer-children swimming the Oceans of our consciousness deeper and deeper. Some kind of inner heart knowing encourages me to be a truth seeker. A seeker of truth of the disharmony of our Waters, Seas and Oceans. Immerse in to the depths of the Oceans, trusting always as the feeling of its supporting essence is always flowing. The Oceans require our immediate action, attention and loving intervention, for the future of the Oceans, for

the future of the Earth, wake up please for we need your help. Humans please realise we are not separate, we are one of the same, each drop of water is part of the whole. We are all connected in oneness, as part of the delicate eco system of our home this Earth. We call for a return for respect for ourselves, each other, our Oceans, our Earth if we are to evolve and grow. The Mer-children take me even deeper in to the oceans of my own consciousness. It is urgent for change, any cause of Environmental damage or harm cannot be alone repaired with monetary value or material wealth. The subconscious of the Waters, Seas and Oceans will find it difficult to rebalance itself if we continue with the huge volumes of our individual behaviours and activities, the individual and collective C02 emissions we are creating is being soaked up by our Waters, Oceans and Seas.

The volume of CO2 needs urgently decreasing to give hope for our Oceans, we need to steer away from the tipping point of Ocean Acidification with intention for sustainable change and hope for the Waters of our Earth to have space to recover. For the Oceans hold an ancient key to all life within the Oceans and upon the Earth from the smallest to the largest, we are all connected, from the source of plankton, and the air that we breathe, we receive up to 85% of our oxygen from phytoplankton plants that live within the Oceans and Seas. The Ocean is the largest eco system on the Earth, the essence of Water is the source of all life here on the Earth. Our lifestyles are now prophesized for sustainable change, we are called to become Guardians of our Waters, Seas and Oceans here upon this Earth, for the Mer-children return to free us from illusions.

They are revealing themselves to all those now, who truly sense the oneness that we all are part of, the wholeness and oneness of our beautiful Oceans, Our beautiful home, Our sparkling blue jewel Earth

Ocean Acidification Information from the Hot, Sour & Breathless Oceans under Stress leaflet Ocean and coastal regions under stress Triple trouble - multiple stressors Steps ahead The ocean covers nearly three quarters of the Earth’s surface, contains 96% of its living space, provides around half of the oxygen we breathe and is an increasing source of protein for a rapidly growing world population. However, human activity is having an impact on this precious resource on local, regional and global scales. Ocean acidification is directly caused by the increase of carbon dioxide (CO2) levels in the atmosphere. When CO2 enters the ocean it rapidly goes through a series of chemical reactions which increase the acidity of the surface seawater (lowering its pH).

The ocean has already removed about 30% of anthropogenic CO2 over the last 250 years, decreasing pH at a rate not seen for around 60 million years. This effect can be considered beneficial since it has slowed the accumulation of CO2 in the atmosphere and the rate of global warming; without this ocean sink, atmospheric CO2 levels would already be greater than 450 ppm. However, the continuation of such a fundamental and rapid change to ocean chemistry is likely to be bad news for life in the sea; it will not only cause problems for many organisms with calcium carbonate skeletons or shells (such as oysters, mussels, corals and some planktonic species) but could also impact many other organisms, ecosystems and processes with potentially serious implications for society. The average acidity of the upper ocean has already declined by around 0.1 pH unit (30% increase in acidity) since the industrial revolution and it is expected to further decline by about 0.3 pH units

by the end of this century if CO2 emissions continue at the current rate. Ocean deoxygenation is the reduction of dissolved oxygen (O2) in seawater. Climate change can influence oxygen levels in the ocean in several ways. This is certain to occur in a warmer ocean since higher temperatures reduce oxygen solubility. Warming is also likely to create a more stratified ocean, decreasing the downward oxygen supply from the surface. Ocean acidification and nutrient run-off from streams and rivers can also contribute to deoxygenation. Fish and many other marine organisms depend on sufficient levels of oxygen to function, and may therefore be stressed by declining oxygen concentrations. Extended zones of low oxygen may result in the exclusion of such organisms. However, other organisms tolerant of low oxygen, particularly microbes are likely to flourish, altering the balance of communities. Low oxygen levels in the ocean may also increase the amount of

greenhouse gases in the atmosphere by changing feedback mechanisms involving methane and nitrous oxide. Current ocean models project declines of 1 to 7% in the global ocean oxygen inventory over the next century. However, there are considerable uncertainties regarding the scale and location of oxygen changes, and their ecological impacts. Over the coming decades and centuries, ocean health will become increasingly stressed by at least three interacting factors. Rising seawater temperature, ocean acidification and ocean deoxygenation will cause substantial changes in marine physics, chemistry and biology. These changes will affect the ocean in ways that we are only beginning to understand. It is imperative that international decision-makers understand the enormous role the ocean plays in sustaining life on Earth, and the consequences of a high CO2 world for the ocean and society.

The “Eco Friendly Tips to Save the Planet" Switch it off. Using electricity has a huge impact on the planet: every time you switch on a light or surf the internet, you create pollution. 

Turn it off!

Clean water is essential to life but over a billion people in the world don’t have it. Another billion people rely on the sea but pollution is killing off their food. Don’t take water for granted. 

Take it home

Three times as much rubbish is dumped in the world’s oceans as the weight of fish caught each year. Plastic

items and cigarette butts top the list of rubbish cleaned from beaches. 

Be greener!

Use your purchasing power to make a difference. You can help influence manufacturers and retailers. Recycle it!

All over the world, tonnes of rubbish go to landfills or for incineration each year creating enormous pollution problems. By recycling and re-using, you can very quickly help to reduce this. 

Get going!

If there were fewer cars on the road, there would be less pollution. How often do you get a lift into town instead of catching the bus? Next time, think first!



Start today!

Now you know how simple it is to reduce your own impact on the planet. Taking responsibility for the future need not be a chore. Make sure you tell all your friends and family too. Just remember, everything we do that pollutes the land will eventually pollute the sea and vice versa. By starting today, you can make a difference tomorrow. www.saveourseas.com http://saveourseas.com/book/simpleways-to-save-the-planet/
