Enjoy on the road Croissants with Cottage Cheese and Herbs

These croissants must be one of the easiest snacks to make, especially if you use a ready-made dough. And who doesn’t love a quick fx ;)

Ingredients

6 pcs. • Croissant dough (Pssst… I use the ready-made kind) • 200g. cottage cheese • 1 handful green herbs • 1 clove of garlic • 1 tbs. water • Salt & pepper

How to: Blend the cottage cheese with the green herbs, garlic, salt & pepper. Add a tbs. water to make it creamier. Butter the green crème on to the croissant dough and roll them up. Bake at 180C. for 12-15 min. Enjoy on the road! The cottage cheese crème is also really great as dip for vegetable sticks or as spread in a sandwich.
