Nagy Lajos Király útja is one of the main axis of Zugló. However when it reaches the M3 highway, it suddenly stops. Teleki Blanka Street is considered as its continuation but the accessibility is not solved and we cannot go on properly toward Angyalföld. We decided to follow the plans of the Municipality regarding the future extensions of metro line 1 and tram line 3. After consideration we built a flyover to connect the two sides of M3 highway. We designed this flyover as a green belt to compensate the load of future traffic between the two districts. During our analysis of Rákosrendező, we found old railway buildings that are unused and standing empty after the decline of the freight traffic. These buldings are abandoned and begin to bear the signs of dilapidation. After considering the services that are needed to our project, we decided to move these into the unused buildings.
