No: - 39 / PHED/RWSD -SHG (Gbl/Kangan) of 2013 - 14, issued under No: 8785-8819 . dated: 10.01.2014 Sealed Short Term tenders affixed with Rs: 4/- Revenue stamps are invited for and on behalf of the Governor of J&K State, from approved/registered SHG's of J&K State, whose enlistment cards are renewed for die current financial year 2013 - 14 and having also TIN Registration of J&K Statefor the work(s) detailed as under. The tenders which are to be submitted through Registered post/ by hand should reach the Office of me Executive EngineerRWS Division Ganderbal (Sgr) on or before 23.01.2013 UP to 2 P.m. In case the receipt date of tenders or last date of issue of tenderdocuments is declared a holiday/ Civil strike/ Curfew etc, the tenders / tender documents will be issued / received on next working day up to specified time. The Tender documents shall be issued to the intending tenderers only after submitting of their application along with their enlistment cards and call depositreceipt of each particular work on 21- 01.2013 UP to 2 pm. Further details of the NIT can be had from the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours up to the due date of issue of tender documents. SNo
