2.Bids must be accompanied with cost of Tender document in shape^of demand draft in favour of Executive Engineer, R&B Division Sopore (tender inviting authority ) and Earnest money /Bid security in shape of CDR/FDR pledged to Executive Engineer, R&B Division Sopore .(Tender receiving authority) 3.The date and time of opening of Bids shall be notified on web Site www.jketenders.gov.in and conveyed to the bidders automatically through an e-mail message on their e-mail address. The bids of Responsive bidders shall be opened online on same web site in the office of the Executive Engineer, R&B Division Sopore (Tender receiving authority). 4.The bids for the work shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the date of opening of bids 5.The earnest money shall be forfeited if:a. Any bidder/ tenderer withdraws his bid/ tender during the period of bid validity or makes any Modifications in , the terms and conditions of the bid. b. Failure of Successful bidder to furnish the required performance security within the specified time limit. c. Terms &Conditions:The applicants are advised to enclose with their applications the attested copies of undermentioned documents/certifiates:a)MBBS & MD/MS/Ph.D etc Qualification certificates of the Discipline concerned. b)Three year’s Experience certificate as Professor/Associate Professor in therespective specialty till the date of issuance of this Notice. c)Professional Publication in standard medfcal Journals as indicated in the relevant eligibility criteria column. d)State Subject. e)Date of Birth Certificate. fPermanent Resident Certificate. 2.The applications should reach to the office of the undersigned by or before30.08.2014 upto 3:30 PM. 3.The applicants shall have to appear before the constituted Selection Committee at Government Medical College, Srinagar alongwith all the original testimonials and otherrelated documents on the date of interview which will be notified separately. 4.The.applicant for the post should not be of more than (63) years of age as on the date of issuance of the notice. 5.The selected candidates shall have to execute an agreement that he/she will notleave the Department before the completion of one year’s contract, howeverabandoning/terminating of the arrangement as the case may be will require two months prior notice on either side failing which the salary shall not be paid for twomonths to the incumbent which shall always remain in deposit with the Departmentand shall be released on completion of sanctioned term. 6.The selected candidate has to submit an affidavit to the effect that he/she is not on the rolls of any Medical Colleges/Institutions of the country which is pre-requisite in terms of MCI norms. 7. The candidate found guilty impersonation or submitting fabricated or tempered documents/testimonials or making statement which are incorrect/false or suppressing material information may in addition to rendering liable for legal action under Law his/her candidature shall be cancelled in case such a defaulter is traced after selection his/her contract shall be terminated without any information to him/her. 8.
