Complete Technical Details/Documents can be had from the office of undersigned on any working day during office hours against the cash payment mentioned above up to 02-11-2013. The tender accompanied with CDR amounting to 2% of estimated cost pledged to the Executive Engineer Mechanical Irrigation Division Baramulla, should reach his office on or before 04-11-2013 upto 2:00 pm. In case of the strike or any other reason on the scheduled date the tender shall be received on the next working day. The tender shall be opened on the same date or any other subsequent date convenient to opening authority, in presence of tenderers who wish to be present. Terms & Conditions: 1. The work is to be completed within 15 Days from the date of placement of order. 2. The work is to be done under the close supervision of Assistant Executive Engineer concerned. 3. Successful tenderer shall have to draw an agreement with the department within 03 days from the date of placement of order. However, nondrawl of agreement will not prevent the firm/contractor from the contractual obligations related to this contract. 4. Tender Receiving Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. 5. All the intending tenderers are requested to inspect the site of work before quoting their rates for the subject work. 6. No tools and tackles shall be provided by the department. These are to be arranged by the successful tenderer on his own. 7. The successful tenderer has to maintain on his own watch and ward during working the execution of work at site. 8. Rates shall be quoted in accordance with Technical Specifications and keeping in view the terms and conditions of the notice. 9. In case of any defect/damage to the equipment or items during working period of 06 months, or 400 Hours after the work is executed, the same is to be rectified within 10 days from serving of notice to the contractor by the department. 10. Tender Documents shall be issued against the Tender Document cost shown above to only those registered firms who produce /Sales Tax Registration & Clearance Certificate and Experience Certificate for same nature of job. However the SSI Unit Holders shall be exempted for paying full cost of Tender Document & CDR as per standing Government instructions. Payment Clause: a) 80% shall be released after completion of work as per site requirements. b) 10% shall be made after commissioning of the work at site. C) 10% shall be released after Defect Liability Period/satisfactory performance of work for six months. All other terms and conditions shall remain same as laid in PWD Form No. 25. National Bhand Theatre Wathora Chadoora Budgam
Band Pather Workshop for one month
A Bhand Pather workshop for reproduction of (Darz Pather) which is organised by National Bhand Theatre under the directionship of Shahe-Jahan Ahmad Bhagat assisted by Manzoor-ul-Haq National Awardees is running w.e.f 9-10-2013 and has inaugurated by Adl. Secretary J&K Cultural Academy in presence of Nominated Theatre Directors and Theatre Experts of Kashmir. The high qualified young boys and children are participated in this workshop and getting training smoothly. The old age Bhand experts just like Gh. Rasool Bhagat, Sonaullah Bhagat, Gh. Ahmad Bhagat and Nazir Ahmad Bhagat will give lecture with acting to the participants one by one daily during the full time. The workshop is financed by Ministry of Culture Govt.
