Press Invite THE LAUNCH OF YOUTH PROJECT REPORT “#HONGKONGER” 253 ETHNIC MINORITY YOUTH SHARE THEIR ASPIRATIONS, CHALLENGES AND VIEWS ON IDENTITY The Zubin Foundation(TZF) in partnership with Centre for Comparative and Public Law (CCPL) at the University of Hong Kong (HKU) launches the findings and recommendations of its youth project - #HongKonger, the first initiative of its kind to engage with 253 ethnic minority youth on their aspirations, challenges and notions of identity. The research is part of an 18-month project (including a mentorship program) which is a collaboration between the Zubin Foundation and MWYO, a youth-oriented think tank founded by Mr Ming Wai Lau. Angie Lau: an award-winning global journalist and business thought leader and formerly, anchor for Bloomberg Television 7. Gary Wong: Founder of InspiringHK Sports Foundation, Director of Public Affairs and Marketing at Gaw Capital, and Co-convenor of Path of Democracy, non-official member of Commission on Children 8. Capiendo Wincel Sagana: Hong Kong born-and-raised Filipino, studying at the University of Hong Kong 9. Uzma Khan (Nisa): Hong Kong born Pakistani, student at the University of Hong Kong 10.
