Bukit Bintang the City of Destruction Bukit Bintang which located in Kuala Lumpur City Centre is a development area. Numbers of shopping complexes such as Pavillion, Suria KLCC, Sungei Wang, Avenue K located in the area that highlighting the name of "Star Hill". The centre acted as the heart of Kuala Lumpur, a place involving with many activities for tourism sectors. At first sight, the city laid out with symmetrical motives whose pattern are repeated along straight lines. Each lines are arranged through relationship which escapes your eyes distracted by the bustle, and the crowds. Hotels, shopping mall, tourist attractions are constructing non-stop every single day. The development is happening day by day to maintaining the image of the city centre. Citizen were lifeless, passing through the construction site, listening to the clinging noises, breathing the cement dusts every day. As years passes, the greed of the development kept ongoing and the land for development were getting more and more restricted on the city centre. Developers had no choices, but to demolishes some of the underrated landmarks, and start replacing new building on a old land. The city is very compact with overpopulated high-rises of construction sites, with drone-patrolled slums and also pollution of the air. With the air are getting more and more polluted, sky were covered with thick brown smog causing the skyline looking dull, masked people with thick helmets on rushing to its destination to avoid more exposure to the air and the falling objects from the above. It is like entering to labyrinth of concrete jungle, people might get lost with these complicated routes. After 50 years, changes of the city happens really fast. New ideas keep coming in, some old building were abandon and new building ideas were keep on constructing. Land for new construction has been extinct, people had no choice but to built on top of the old building. New buildings could be seen overlapping on top of old buildings, just like what happened to MohenjoDaro during the ancient Indus Valley Civilization. Smog are getting thicker, the air were not as fresh as decades ago. People started to wear gas masks , as they are sick with the street because it filled with construction waste and pungent smells from construction wastes. Streets filled with abandon sites, construction materials, and machineries. By 100 years, layers of cities can be seen. Towards the sky level, there are the new buildings ; as going down towards the ground level, there are the old abandon building. On the street level, more people with gas masks can be seen. From the surface, the city might looks nice with all these new buildings on top, but in the inside, everything is the opposite from the outside. What we are seeing on surface, might be the vision of the Utopian, but with the greed of the human, it might lead towards the Dystopian, where the destruction starts.
