PRE AND POST COVID: THE MODEL SHOWS THE MOVEMENT OF PEOPLE PRE COVID AND POST COVID. PRE COVID EVERYTHING IS MORE FREEE WHILE POST COVID EVERYTHING BECOMES RIGID.

MAIN ISSUE: NO PROPER PEDESTRIAN ACCESS AROUND THE SITE WHICH CAUSES LESS CONNECTIVITY AROUND THE SITE

STRATEGY OBJECTIVE: TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL SPACES AND PATHWAYS TO IMPROVE ACCESSIBILITY AND CONNECTIVITY AROUND THE COMMUNITY

STRATEGY PURPOSE: THE LOCAL COMMUNITY DOES NOT HAVE A PLACE AROUND THE RESIDENCE TO RECONNECT WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS BECAUSE THE SITE CAN’T PROVIDE IT WHICH CAUSES POOR PEDESTRIAN ACCESSIBILITY CAUSED BY CONSTRUCTION AND ETC. RECREATIONAL SPACES, ELEVATED PATHWAYS AND PARKS WILL HELP THE LOCAL COMMUNITY TO HAVE A MORE ACCESSABLE SITE WHILE HAVING A MORE CONNECTED COMMUNITY
