Financial
Accelerate the First Foundation effort. Continue to work with the Financial Committee to streamline the pledge process, eradicate year end shortfalls, and flatten the ups and downs of yearly cash flow issues. Facilitate a successful end to the Gather Campaign wind down to minimize the hit to the Goodrich Fund. Identify outside funding sources for potential facility use and grants.

Facilities/Planning
Establish a facilities “needs” request policy for staff use with Trustees. Establish a formal FUMC facilities priority list. Begin process for a 5-10 year facility planning. Roll out Columbarium Plan. Put in place a plan to use and monitor the results and effectiveness of the new Energy Management System (EMS).
