CONTENT
The Showroom Consists of two small offices at Ground Level and a bigger area for the showroom at first level.
INTERIOR
1.
Office 1 - 3 MD cabins and account section with 3 capacity.

Office 2 - Reception , lounge and pantry with storage for catalogues and water bottles etc.

Tile display will be spread across 5000 sq ft + area. Slabs starting from 10ftx4ft, 8x4ft, 8ftx32inc, 6x4ft, 4x4ft, 800x1600mm, 800x800mm, 4x2ft, 2x2ft, 1x1ft etc will be showcased.

Sanitary display area - 2500-3000 sqft. (Kohler - 1200-1500 sqft., Jaquar - 800 sqft., imported - 500-700 sqft.)

Wooden floor area, car parking,exterior clad tiles Kitchen tiles to be displayed separately.

We are looking to display the tile into 3 segments (Base, Superior, Premium range) Base starts from around 50sqft to 100sqft, superior starts from 100sqft to 175sqft, premium range above that.

Courtyard - This area should be a multipurpose area where we can attend to the architect as well as conduct plumber & tile layer Training occasionally. 3

We Would require a big slope to showcase customers their final selection of tiles which will be dedicated separately with some handy display of customised & Designer tiles.

We can even attend the premium client there , we mix match things and make a customised concept for our client. 11. We require a good sales counter and seating for customers to interact and close the orders. 12. Mezzanine area could be used to display any one of the sanitaryware brands. 13. The concept remains the simple, neat floor combination of tile , concrete & wood, exposed ceiling, furniture with good colour sofa or chairs here & there to make it look fresh & appealing. - provision of any wireless or telephone provision to communicate with sales person at their sales counter 14.
