Our 31 Bits Uganda headquarters is far beyond a workplace. Our ladies aren’t simply making jewelry, they’re entering a community. They can leave fear and uncertainties outside the gate, and enter a place of security, restoration, and hope. Our headquarters is a space to think creatively, dream big, find joy, build confidence, and be empowered. That’s why we call it The Haven.

She’s an incredible business woman and owner of Promise Tangeman Creative. Her abilities to design, create, and dream are characterized by originality, innovation, and flair.

Beyond her incredible talent, style, and creativity, Promise strives to live her life overflowing with compassion and joy. Her true passion is to use her talents for a greater good, and to encourage others to do the same.

By giving our beneficiaries access to the international market, they are able to earn an instant income, providing homes, food, and education for their families. Our program equips women by providing literacy education, financial and vocational training, holistic care, and strong support systems, empowering individuals to further their careers and attain social equity.
