Robert Maillart:Swiss engineer and entrepreneur known especially for his early 20th century arch bridges with a revolutionary concept of aesthetics. Born on :-6 February 1872 In Berne, Switzerland. Deceased on 5 April 1940 in Geneva, Geneva, Switzerland.



Frank Lloyd Wright (born Frank Lincoln Wright, June 8, 1867 – April 9, 1959) was an American architect, interior designer, writer and educator, who designed more than 1,000 structures and completed 500 works.

Wright's life can be divided into three architectural periods, each characterized by a special direction.


The Prairie House

1)- Characteristics of the first period appeared in the home which he named the prairie where the houses were inclined roofs with low long wide cantilever overhangs and windows lined up to give a sense consistent horizontal with the site, and it was his home and Taliesin School of the most popular models for this period.


The Guggenheim Museum

2)- The second period was a test in the new architectural structures based on geometric shapes, such as the pistol and the appraiser and county and the bow is the most important buildings designed by that stage in the Museum Guggenheim.


Falling Water

The Prairie House.

3)- The third period included the innovative designs of houses and apartment buildings of concrete, was the most famous waterfall house of this period.
