Our refund policy allows you to cancel your reservation on a program by 9am, eight calendar days prior to the scheduled date of the program in order to receive a refund. If you cancel after that time, you will forfeit your payment. If you wish to cancel, you must notify Outdoor Recreation staff no later than the date given at the time of registration.

TAP is a multi-step, by-law process that all retiring and separating military members are required to attend. The process begins with an Initial Counseling/Pre-Separation Briefing no later than 365 days prior to your current date of separation.
