During the election I always challenged myself : “Am I a right person here for this position?” But all in all what I truly believe is I really want to give back to this LC, and also want to learn more, challenge more here. Two years later, think back this EB experience , I don’t regret the decision I made at that time, because you can always bring more than you can imagine here.I live my every moment, and make my every step in this year valuable. I hope you can also see the value of the position, and try to overcome the weakness and fear in your heart. Because here, you can always get lots more than you can imagine. Application Requirement 1. CV (PDF) Tell us your important information /experiences in/ out of AIESEC, your major achievement and your academic background. Or other information/experience you consider relevant. 2. Motivation Video Make a video to introduce yourself, tell us your AIESEC experience and your motivation to apply 2018 AIESEC WZU EB team. Upload the video to YouTube.com and post in 2017下 WZU HAKI Generation FB group & your personal Facebook wall. (Note:The length of the video should reach the minimum of 1 min and should not exceed 3 mins)
Application Requirement 3. Questionnaire (PDF) The questionnaire consists of General Questions for all applicants and Functional Questions for functions which you are going to apply, applicant should complete all the required questions in the maximum of 15 pages. (Maximum choose for two functions)
4. Endorsement Letter (PDF) Applicant should hand in 3 endorsement letters 1 Endorsement Letter from your current/former leader 1 Endorsement Letter form your former/current team member/teammate 1 Endorsement Letter from your friend (non- AIESEer)
Application Requirement 5) Manifesto (PDF) (maximum of 10 pages) The manifesto must include the following items and applicants could add other information that you consider relevant.. SWOT& Strategies analysis of the functions you applying (include the following items) Financial position Talent management (TMP/TLP) reality Functional Goal Picture of the function (1 / 3 / 5 years) Milestone of 2018 Focus area (at least 2-3)(Each focus area needs to include the following elements.) The application begins on Nov 22th till Nov. 27th . The application will be previewed by the board to decide whether the applicants can proceed to the interview process. The 2017 EBT will construct & manage the interview process. The applicant can attend the confident voting after passing the interview. Once the applicant didn’t pass the interview, he/she will have to hand in application again in next run of recruitment. The 2nd round interview will be on Nov.27-Dec.5 . Candidates will have individual talk with 2018 LCP and 2017 EBT. 2018 LCP will confirm the structure with candidates and allocate candidates into the 2018 LC structure.. 2018 LCP will have the final decision about all the candidates can on board or not. The election will on Dec 7th .

CFO mindset 2-1 How will you define a successful CFO? 2-2 Why do we do finance? What is the core value of this function in AIESEC, which is a Non Profit Organization? 3. Communication 3-1 Please list down the operation flows of four exchange functions and explain the relationship between F&L and every stage. 3-2 How can F&L support LC and other functions to improve finance sustainability and management?

What is the responsibilities of a south Taiwan VP IGV to Taiwan society, school, kids, and AIESEC member, ...etc? What characteristics and behavior? 5. Create a new project and give out timeline and cooperation model.
