‫اﻓﺘﺘﺎﺣﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﻳﻌﺘﺒــﺮ ﻗﻄــﺎع اﻟﻤﻘــﺎوﻻت ﻓــﻲ اﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜــﺔ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴــﺔ اﻟﺴــﻌﻮدﻳﺔ ا�ﻛﺒﺮ‬ ‫وا�ﺳــﺮع ﻧﻤﻮ� ﻓﻲ اﻟﺴــﻮق اﻟﺨﻠﻴﺠﻴﺔ‪ .‬وﺗﻘﺪر ﻗﻴﻤﺔ ﻣﺸــﺎرﻳﻊ اﻟﺒﻨﺎء اﻟﺤﺎﻟﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﻓــﻲ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﺔ اﻟﺨﻠﻴﺞ ﻓــﻲ )‪ ٧٫١‬ﺗﺮﻳﻠﻴﻮن( رﻳﺎل ﺳــﻌﻮدي‪ ،‬ﺣﻴﺚ ﺗﻮﺟﺪ ﺣﻮاﻟﻲ‬ ‫رﺑــﻊ اﻟﺘﻄﻮرات ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ اﻟﺴــﻌﻮدﻳﺔ‪ .‬ﻫﻨﺎك ﻋﺪد ﻣﻦ اﻟﻌﻮاﻣﻞ‬ ‫اﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎدﻳــﺔ واﻟﺪﻳﻤﻮﻏﺮاﻓﻴــﺔ‪ ،‬واﻟﺠﻐﺮاﻓﻴــﺔ‪ ،‬ﻓﻀــﻼ ﻋــﻦ اﺳــﺘﻤﺮار اﻟﺪﻋﻢ‬ ‫اﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣــﻲ‪ ،‬اﻟﺘــﻲ ﺳــﺎﻋﺪت اﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ ﻓــﻲ اﻟﺼﻤﻮد ﻓﻲ وﺟــﻪ اﻻﻧﻜﻤﺎش‬ ‫اﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎدي اﻟﺤﺎﻟﻲ ﻣﻘﺎرﻧﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺪول اﻟﺨﻠﻴﺠﻴﺔ ا�ﺧﺮى‪.‬‬ ‫ُﺗﻌﺪ اﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ اﻟﺴــﻌﻮدﻳﺔ واﺣﺪة ﻣﻦ أﺳــﺮع ا�ﺳﻮاق اﻟﻨﺎﺷﺌﺔ‬ ‫وا�ﻛﺜﺮ ﻧﻤﻮ� ﻓﻲ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﺔ اﻟﺸــﺮق ا�وﺳﻂ‪ ،‬وذﻟﻚ ﺑﺴﺒﺐ ﻗﻮﺗﻬﺎ واﻟﺴﻴﻄﺮة‬ ‫ﻓــﻲ اﺣﺘﻴﺎﻃﺎﺗﻬــﺎ اﻟﻨﻔﻄﻴــﺔ اﻟﻘﻮﻳــﺔ واﻟﺘــﻲ ﻣﻜﻨﺘﻬــﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺤﺪﻳــﺪ ﺧﻄﻂ‬ ‫اﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣــﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﻨﻤﻴــﺔ اﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎدﻳــﺔ ﻣــﻦ ﺧــﻼل ﺑﺮاﻣــﺞ اﻟﺘﻨﻮﻳــﻊ واﻻﺳــﺘﺜﻤﺎر‪،‬‬ ‫واﻟﺘــﻲ ﺗﺸــﻤﻞ ﺗﻄﻮﻳــﺮ اﻟﻤــﺪن اﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎدﻳﺔ اﻟﺴــﺖ اﻟﺸــﻬﻴﺮة ﻓــﻲ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ‬ ‫أﻧﺤﺎء اﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﺴﻤﻮ اﻟﻤﻠﻜﻲ‬
