A. We've attended RAFL events and another in Bury St Edmunds. In comparison to Munich, the Bury St Edmunds event was smaller and offered just one type of food. The music was a band that specialized in a variety of music and not so much traditional Oktoberfest songs.
. In your own words, how would you describe Oktoberfest to someone who has no prior knowledge of the event?
A. It's an event of Bavarian tradition that has entertainment for everyone. Go easy on the beer; a liter goes down faster than you think and the effects can sneak up on you. The kids are there for the rides, games, and fun! Been there. Done that.
