Bear Crawl. While you’re at the park playing Frisbee golf, try this fun/ interesting ground exercise. Get down on all fours with your back flat. Lift your knees slightly off the ground, keeping your back parallel to the ground, so only your hands and toes are touching the ground. Move your right hand and left foot forward at the same time. Then switch to left hand and right foot. Once you get used to it, you should be able to move smoothly across the grass keeping your back parallel to the ground.
