Tuesday, October 6, 8 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. Newcomers are briefed on the exciting world of the Air Force and the cutting edge technology of SMC 2.0. They will be provided with informational briefings, as well as a base tour, and civilian members will be sworn in. Thursday, October 15, 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Get good advice on planning your next PCS from the clinic, traffic management and finance.
DOL Employment Track (2 days)
October 26-27, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. This is a great new workshop part of the Transition Assistance Program (TAP). It is a monthly workshop where Transitioning Service Members, Spouses, Retirees and Veterans can build a resume for a civilian or a federal job and learn interview techniques, salary negotiations and labor market information.
