GENZON DONGGUAN BINHAIWAN BAY AREA INDUSTRIAL PARK 正中集团东莞滨海湾新区产业园 Round I (Aug. 2019-Sep. 2019) Round II (Sep. 2019-Oct. 2019)
Located in Jiayiwan plate of Dongguan Binhaiwan New Area, this project occupies the prime lot in the eastern coast of the Pearl River. It is also adjacent to Shenzhen Airport and the International Convention Center, giving it an advantageous geographical location. The new area is endowed with important missions of testing the integrative development of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and promoting scientific innovations. Using the natural environment as landscapes and taking “embracing everything in our hearts” as the overall design philosophy, this industrial park is both magnificent and unique.

CHONGQING CIFI GROUP YUELAI COMMERCIAL PROJECT 西南旭辉重庆悦来片区商业项目 Oct. 2019-Dec. 2019)
The Commercial Project of Chongqing Yuelai Area of CIFI GROUP is located in the important junction port of “the One Belt and One Road” and “Yangtze River Economic Belt”, important strategic port of the Development of Western China and central location of the northern new area of Liangjiang New District in Chongqing. It is the financial center and innovation center in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and it is an important gateway for the inland area to open to the outside world and a demonstration window for scientific development. Based on the rich natural resources of the mountain city Chongqing, the Project manifests features of Chongqing known as Mountain City and China’s Capital of Fog. The staggered skirt building space and tall and straight-up tower group form a building planning concept in which the buildings are mutually dependent.

Basic massing and skyline
LOFT Towers display the main facade with special patterns to the central park.
Four towers integrate the facade as a whole to show a complete pattern which form the image of mountain.
From bottom to top, the facade colour changes from deep to light, which is like fog and cloud.

Haicheng Changjiang star Phase II is a large-scale commercial complex with a 200-meter-high tower, approximately 360,000 square meters GFA in total, which contains business facilities, loft apartments, hotels and offices. The CBD center located in Jiangnan New district, Wanzhou, city of Chongqing provides the significance supplies trading hubs for eastern Sichuan, western Hubei, south of Shaanxi, eastern Guizhou and western Hunan since antiquity as the commercial landmark in the future, rebuild the glory of “Frequent trading activities, Gathering quantities businesses ” which even more important as the economic intersection of Yangtze river especially for “One Belt One Road”.

1. The view aix allows all architecture at site have good views to the Yangtze river.
2. Split the massing into piece islands according to the site circulation.
3. Responding to the site (a slop), bridges and terraces are set. This also allows for more attactive commercial spaces and good views.
4. Cut the tower massing for better views towards the River.
5. Extend the landscape upto the terraces.
6. Facade color changes and becomes more attactive.

Hang Lung Plaza Zhengzhou 郑州恒隆广场商业项目 Dec. 2019-Apr. 2020
Located in one of the most popular commercial centers of Zhenzhou, Henan Province, the project will focus on how to enhance the connection between a new commercial landmark and the historic and cultural icon of this old city. Chinese Rose, as know as “Yueji“ in China, is regarded as the symbol of Zhengzhou. The design concept comes out of “Yueji“ which results in a flow-like massing and a wide open space on the rooftop as the roof garden. Then a unique facade which shows the pattern of Songshan Mountain is designed in a parametric way. Some suspended massing and big openings are set towards the Erqi Tower which aims to increase the visual connection to it.

Facade Pattern The project has a facade pattern that shows how the architecture relates to the native culture-the Songshan Mountain, which is regarded as an iconic landscape in the central China. The facade pattern changes gradually in hight which reminds people of the image of the mountain.
