ECOLOGY
Planika fireplaces run on a special ethanol based fuel – FANOLA®. It is a biologically clean, ecological fuel based on ethanol extracted from plants, which has undergone double rectification process. Fanola is a renewable green source of energy, obtained through fermentation of saccharine. It is making a neutral impact on the environment. The burning process of Fanola® is described as “clean”, as the only by-products of the burning process are: heat, CO2 and water vapour. There are no harmful substances emitted, no smoke or smell is produced while burning and no ashes are left afterwards. The special formula of Fanola® was created at the company laboratories. After the whole test series, the biofuel Fanola® has received a positive mark from LGA certificate and positive reviews from international certifying bodies like: CNBOP, OMNI-Test Laboratories Inc. and EcoLogo®. Additionally, National Institute of Hygiene www.pzh.gov.pl has also approved Fanola® in terms of safety for humans and environment when used according to the instruction.
Planika fireplaces do not require chimney ventilation.
The bioethanol provides a natural, golden fire, which increases the temperature of the interior.
The only products of bioethanol combustion are water vapour and CO2, therefore the products are absolutely odourless and smokeless.
The ethanol fireplaces can easily be moved at the user’s convenience, due to no additional installations or connections.
Thanks to the use of Fanola®, a bio fireplace became a fully mobile interior design element, unlimited in any way by installations or chimneys. Moreover, Fanola® fuel recommended for Planika ethanol fireplaces is easily obtainable, it can be bought through the online shop www.fanola.pl

Materials
TECHNOLOGY
During the production of Planika fireplaces we used the highest quality, rigorously tested steel with low thermal conductivity. The steel complies extremely restrictive norms that guarantee the highest level of safety. It also has exceptional technical parameters and is much more resistant to rust.
Laboratory We have our own design studio and a modern laboratory, in which we perform detailed tests using the most advanced equipment. These tests guarantee the reliability and durability of Planika products and a comfort of use. Thanks to the EU funds, Planika specialists constantly modernize the implemented technologies and develop new solutions. Each furnace is tested in a pressure chamber to check the weld tightness, as well as in a specially designed combustion chamber, in which the amount of gas emitted during the burning process is tested electronically. The tests held in Planika laboratory are registered with a special thermal camera.
Certificates Our products comply the most restrictive requirements, which allowed to gain several certificates: CE, Polish PZH, Russian GOST, Swedish P-mark and American OMNI. The positive result of the certification process is the proof of complying the requirements of technical rules related to the safety of use of our products, which do not affect the user’s health. The Automatic Inserts are the most advanced and the safest products on the market. The unique, patented BEV technology (Burning Ethanol Vapours Technology) has been invented and developed by Planika engineers. This advanced technology improves combustion process due to heating up the fuel and burning its vapours. The fuel has no direct contact with the flame, which results in clean ethanol combustion. The only combustion products are H2O and CO2, the fuel does not emit any harmful substances, it is completely odourless and smokeless. The optimisation of the burning process has allowed to elongate burning time to even 10 hours.

In order to ensure the highest safety while using Planika products, the temperature and the burning process in general are fully controlled by advanced electronics and a microprocessor. To increase the user’s comfort, we have equipped the products with the possibility to operate them with a remote control and the possibility of Smart Home system integration. The device is also equipped with numerous safety sensors, allowing an immediate reaction of the electronics to any inaccuracies.

It is a unique automatic bio fireplace, operated with a remote control and a control panel. Equipped with safety sensors, flame size regulation, LED display and the possibility of integration with Smart Home system. It is an ideal alternative for traditional and gas fireplaces. The length of a standard model is 990mm. Perfect for architects and interior designers, as it provides unlimited arrangement options and the possibility to customize the product to individual project. The versatile, linear burner can be wall-mounted, recessed into a shelf or used as a see-through or free-standing fireplace. The insert is made of stainless, acid-proof steel with a powder coated base. It is attributed to a technology where only the fuel vapour is being burned, thus, optimizing the burning process to well over ten hours and five hours respectively, which sets a new record in the linear burner, bio-fireplace market. The technology is also one of the safest as there is no direct contact between the flame, high temperatures and the fuel. Electronic safety sensors control the device at all times when working or in standby mode. The appliance is shock-proof and will react to any seismic activity. In case of any disturbances there is a warning signal and an alert appears on the display panel. The fire is extinguished automatically if any irregularities are detected. In addition to the standard steel color of the Fire Line Automatic, it is possible to select the fireplace lacquered with a high-gloss in any RAL tone to match the shade of the fireplace to the individual project. page 22

DESCRIPTION: This semi-automatic highly functional product equipped with a LED display, control panel with a 4-stage flame size regulation is a continuation of luxurious line of fireplaces carefully prepared by the engineers of Planika. Also, Fire Line Automatic model E has numerous safety sensors, which monitor a temperature, movement of the device and a fuel level. Due to built-in ventilators no additional ventilation is required. Fire Line Automatic model E is started by opening the valve by moving the slider to ON position. If the valve is opened, it is not possible to open the inlet flap. This solution additionally increases safety level. The device also immediately turns off after setting it in OFF position (flame self-extinguishes). Product is available only in 990mm length. Additionally, now as our standard option we offer an elegance and classy black insert. DESCRIPTION: Fire Rondo Automatic is the most contemporary, remote controlled bio fireplace offered by Planika. The Rondo Automatic insert is versatile and perfect for inside applications. The Glassfire速 technology enables you to enjoy the beauty of the dancing flames reflected in the glass cylinder. Patented technology allows you to turn the fire on and off by remote control as well as adjusting the height of the flame. It can be integrated with a Smart Home system for additional ease and comfort when coming home. The sophisticated sensors will self-extinguish if it detects any irregularities such as - earthquake tremors or fuel overflow. Any irregularities detected will be indicated on the large display screen. Incorporating Fanola速 bio fuel makes the burning process smokeless and odorless.
