P3 Oral Exam for students after school hours A separate notification was issued on to all parents on the P3 Oral Exam. The exam has been brought forward because of the upcoming PSLE Exam.

P3 English Language Listening Comprehension Exam within curriculum hours.

P3 Mother Tongue Listening Comprehension Exam within curriculum hours.

Parents of students in P1 – P5 are to note that lessons will continue as usual during the PSLE written examination.

Children’s Day Celebrations Students will be dismissed as usual at 1.45 pm. Lessons will run according to the time-table with an hour of celebration time.

Students have been issued a detailed notification informing them of the day to stay back to take their Oral Examination in the afternoon. Absent pupils will need valid medical certificate to support reason for absence.

PSLE Marking Exercise Days (NO school for all primary school children as teachers will be involved in the PSLE Marking Exercise duties) Administrative staff will be involved in handling the administrative registration matters for P1 parents of 2014. P1 pupils successfully registered will receive a notification from school for parents to report to buy books, uniform and for administrative matters on 16 or 17 Oct. End of Year Exam for P2 – P5 students 20 Oct – English Language 21 Oct – Mother Tongue 24 Oct – Mathematics 27 Oct – Science 28 Oct – Higher Mother Tongue Deepavali Holiday

Class & CCA Photos Your child will bring home a Photo Order Form envelope ain the first week of Oct for you to place your orders. All instructions will be given on the printed white envelope. Kindly complete the form, fill in the total number of photos you would like to place orders for and place the exact amount into the envelope. Seal the envelope securely and return the sealed envelope to the Form Teacher on 13Oct (Mon). The vendor will be present on this day to collect the envelopes from the school.

Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) for 2015

The above scheme is only meant for Singaporean students only.

A leaflet will be distributed to your child through the Form Teacher. Application Forms are available from the General Office for collection. For current students on Financial Assistance 2|Page

Scheme for 2014, the school will send the Application Form through your eldest child for you to apply for the year 2015, as the application is on a yearly basis.

Please complete and submit the Application Form together with supporting documents and return to the General Office latest by 17 Oct (Fri) for your application to be processed in time. Please do not buy books or uniforms prior to the approval of your FAS application. No refund or reimbursement would be possible in this case.

You will be informed of your application status before the school closes on 14 Nov. Successful applicants for FAS will be able to collect books and uniforms in mid-December 2014.

Current P6 pupils going to Sec 1 in 2015 can apply at our school only after the PSLE results are released in November 2014.
