ON-SITE TESTS
In Zermatt, tests are only carried out in doctors' practices and not in pharmacies. There are only four doctors' practices in Zermatt. IT IS THEREFORE OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE TO ARRIVE IN ZERMATT TESTED OR YOU MAY NOT FIND ANY TESTING CAPACITY. We are working with the doctors to improve the situation, but we cannot be held responsible for the lack of testing capacity in Zermatt. We will keep you informed in the coming days / hours, but again, we recommend that you get tested BEFORE you arrive in Zermatt. Larger capacities exist in Visp, Brig, Sierre, or even Sion or Martigny. (see official website) Please note that most of these test centres require an appointment.
