a lit tle cocktail bar in brooklyn On June 18th, 2008, Clover Club opened its doors for the first time. What we set out to create was a pre-Prohibition cocktail bar in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, but what we ended up with was so much more than that: a neighborhood watering hole where locals gather to enjoy fine drinks, delicious bar food, and good company. If there’s anything we’ve learned over the past ten years, it’s that while the bones of a bar and its menu items are important, it’s the people who impart its true spirit. We have the best clientele a bar could ever ask for: savvy, adventurous Brooklynites. And behind the bar we’ve been extremely fortunate to have of the best bartenders in the business - many of whom also live in Brooklyn - who help to create the 3-4 menus we release a year. So, to celebrate hitting the 10-year milestone, we’ve put together this Anniversary menu, which is a collection of some of our favorite cocktails we’ve featured through the years, and a showcase for many of the bartenders who’ve worked here. It is a celebration of them, and you! Thank you for supporting our dream on Smith Street for the past decade. We look forward to serving for you for the next one.
