KOUZINA is the premier culinary event of the year in Eastern Halkidiki! In the shadow of the sacred Athos, in the cove of the Athonian Bay, on the sandy Ammouliani Island, at the foot of the Aristotelian Mountain, in the Strymonikos and Akantios Bay, on the verges of Cholomontas Mountain, we invite you to smell and taste our organic products and flavors in a magnificent culinary feast, in which you participate as of this day!

The «CAMINO ALL DAY BAR RESTAURANT»

A touch of high aesthetics in a blue paradise.

A wooden structure fully in harmony with the Athonian natural environment, in a sandy beach, in Xiropotami of Ierissos, opposite the Faka coast of Ammouliani.

It is the Camino Club – bathed in the Athonian summer light, flooded with the iodized scents of the Athonian sea. Opposite, the sacred peak of Mount Athos. A pristine, unique, authentic and typically Greek landscape. Green and blue everywhere.

Camino Club starts at 9am and runs until …whenever it comes out!

Coffees for all tastes, cocktails and soft drinks, fresh fruit juices – you will enjoy them in the relaxing lounge and on the feather loungers by the seafront.

In the afternoon – while music seems to have connected all the senses together in harmony with the surrounding environment – food and snacks – accompany cold beers: pizza, burgers, sandwiches, salads – all based on promoting Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, but also the use of local products.

But what makes the difference at Camino Club is the famous sunset, which lights the Athonian Bay with thousands of red and orange colors: then the scene changes, the restaurant starts working.

Dishes inspired by the sea and the land – Eastern Halkidiki has it all. Products come from local producers – they are included in every dish. Combinations of high culinary quality create a culinary identity, linked to the Camino Club and the culinary history of the entire pre-Athonian and Aristotelian peninsula. Chef “paints”. Quality culinary events. Everything looks magical!

Tonight, the awarded Maltese guest chefs Aldo Vella and Emie Briefa connect the Maltese recipes with the local ones, having a common culinary point: the local production.

GREEN MEDITERRANEAN ISLAND IN THE SAME PARALLEL

Starter – Ceviche of white fish*, hummus puree accompanied by cured fennel and blood orange segmentsι

(*The fish and the seafood of Mount Athos are renowned for their exquisite flavor. The reason they are so different from the rest is that the waters of the bay are deep and clean, as the area has many sea currents and there are no organized cultivations to affect it. Thus, our seafood is caught in very deep waters, with the highest salinity in Greece, and rich in plankton and clean food, since no rivers or streams end up in the bay to disturb the balance of the water composition).

Salad – Salad of marinated octopus and seafood, roast Mediterranean vegetables, Halkidiki olives, sundried tomatoes, crumble of local goat cheese** served with olive oil and bruschetta bread

(** Stathoris Dairy makes tasteful goat cheese, named PETROTO. Firm, hard, milky, full of earthy aromas.)

Main course – Sauté of baby calamari, pan fried white fish fillets, served with fondant potato, baby vegetables and clam velouté

Dessert – Maltese Traditional Trifle. Vanilla custard, sponge with almond liqueur, berries, Savoiardi biscuits cream and crushed nuts.
