Beef fillet with plum sauce, artichoke** and carrot puree (**Mount Athos is an inexhaustible source of wild herbs harvest. On its slopes the lush vegetation and the rich flora give to the collectors’ excellent harvests. Ierissos is also famous for the wild artichokes production.)
