The KOUZINA culinary feast KOUZINA is the premier culinary event of the year in Eastern Halkidiki, Greece!

The «21 KITCHEN – COCKTAIL BAR»

Sometimes words are not enough to describe the product! This happens when products exceed your expectation as a visitor!

This also happens at 21 Kitchen – Cocktail Bar - Ierissos, which could be a culinary choice among international megacities.

Despite its excellent construction, the high aesthetics in decoration and the trained / polite staff, 21 Kitchen – Cocktail Bar keeps all the local culinary tradition notes: chef uses only local products, coming from the most renowned producers in Ierissos and the surrounding area.

Start your day having breakfast and continue with brunch: omelets with country eggs, croissants, cakes and toast accompany aromatic coffee blends.

Bao buns, crepes of all kinds, salads, local cheeses and charcuterie turn breakfast into brunch! Finish your lunch with soft drinks, local beers and wines from the surrounding wineries.

Hot dogs, clubs, pizzas and pinsa, pasta, handmade gyros, local chicken delicacies, junior menu are only a short description of the culinary variety, being locally sourced by suppliers based in the Eastern Halkidiki region within 40 miles from 21 Kitchen – Bar.

The "soul" of the gastronomy venue, where in the evening hours you will enjoy amazing cocktails and drinks, is the owner Eleni - or Elenitsa for the more familiar - who practically supports the local community, local production and the sustainable economy.

Tonight, the Sicilian visiting chefs Lorenzo Muratore and Giroramo Ganci in cooperation with (the local) Dimitris Foras present the authentic Tuscan pasta in an authentic Italian evening!

THE PASTA FROM TUSCAN

Spaghetti or risotto with tare of raw shrimp* and truffle** flakes

(*The fish and the seafood of Mount Athos are renowned for their exquisite flavor. The reason they are so different from the rest is that the waters of the bay are deep and clean, as the area has many sea currents and there are no organized cultivations to affect it. Thus, our seafood is caught in very deep waters, with the highest salinity in Greece, and rich in plankton and clean food, since no rivers or streams end up in the bay to disturb the balance of the water composition).

(** Τruffles and wild mushrooms abound at Mount Chomolontas. Locals use them a lot in their cooking)

The blessed sea of Ierissos!
