In the shadow of the sacred Athos, in the cove of the Athonian Bay, on the sandy Ammouliani Island, at the foot of the Aristotelian Mountain, in the Strymonikos and Akantios Bay, on the verges of Cholomontas Mountain, we invite you to smell and taste our organic products and flavours in a magnificent culinary feast, in which you participate as of this day!

TRINITY – RESTAURANT TZANIS

Imagine a luxurious balcony in the Aegean Sea, facing the peak of Mount Athos. Also imagine a blue background around you. Place yourselves in this scenery, enjoying homemade local breakfast or (later in the afternoon) tasting a chilled cocktail or a glass of local Athonian wine:

• bright colors as the sun rises from Mount Athos,

• sounds of sea waves and

• flying seagulls accompany your conversation / leisure – it’s the Greek summer, in all its glory.

You are already in TRINITY, a complex of three (3) luxury suites in the heart of Ammouliani, in the historical «Tzanis Area», on the pier opposite Mount Athos. An almost «private» sandy beach, a legendary restaurant and an authentically Greek atmosphere make up the setting for your vacation.

TRINITY was renovated in 2022. Each of the suites is designed in a boho style –perfectly harmonized with the naturalness of the outside environment, while the bed mattresses are a product of the latest technology. And that's not all. See in the gallery below:

Tonight, the creative team of TRINITY welcomes the Sicilian visiting chef of KOUZINA Franscesco Piparo and they present the pasta of Puglia, using only Ammouliani’s products!

Tarallo, turnip greens and seared calamari*

(*The fish and the seafood of Mount Athos and Ammouliani are renowned for their exquisite flavor. The reason they are so different from the rest is that the waters of the bay are deep and clean, as the area has many sea currents and there are no organized cultivations to affect it. Thus, our seafood is caught in very deep waters, with the highest salinity in Greece, and rich in plankton and clean food, since no rivers or streams end up in the bay to disturb the balance of the water composition).

Smoked potatoes, soute mussels**, crispy octopus*

(**Olympiada is famous for the mussels’ production. The most delicious mussels in Greece are prodused in the gulf of Strymonikos Bay)

Carnaroli risotto, burrata and white prawn* tartare

The blessed sea of Ammouliani!
