In this pedestrian street, the quintessentially Mediterranean, the Sicilian visiting chef of KOUZINA, Francesco Piparo, comes from Palermo, to present in Ouranoupolis the authentic pasta of Messina – made by local (Olympiada) mussels and broccoli.
