What can you do to MOLOS? A lot! Enjoy your swim to the organized beach or enjoy a tsipouro meal with fresh sea mezhe by noon, or your afternoon ice coffee, and your tasty dinner …, only one step away from the sea water.
Tonight, Dimitris and Angela welcome the sous chef of THE MET, Petros Damoulas, with origin form Stratoniki, who offers a seafood dinner of Athonian cuisine, with Sicilian notes, since the evening is dedicated to the networking between the Municipality Aristotle and Messina.

THE FEAST OF THE SEAFOOD MEZE (mezekliki)
Mussels Balls* with fresh tomato sause**
(* Unique local mezekliki, which promotes Olympiada Mussels. In fact, Olympiada’s mussels are special for their taste, the size, the colors, the purity, and the way of breeding. This is due to:
the unrivaled crystal sea water quality which helps the mussels breeding, the clean rainy (sweet) water, which is purring into the sea during the winter period of time, the lack of any form of pollution or environmental burden in a natural environment that simply reminds the real paradise. It is about a pure organic product, since its production does not require any use of food, medical treatment or other intervention, because the mussels are fed exclusively with sea water, which they filter constantly. It is highly nutritious product, rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids omega-3, high biological value protein, little fat, and beyond all others (minerals, carbohydrates, vitamins, energy and regenerative substances) are richer in animal feed containing iron (three times more than beef liver).

(***The fish and the seafood of Mount Athos are renowned for their exquisite flavor. The reason they are so different from the rest is that the waters of the bay are deep and clean, as the area has many sea currents and there are no organized cultivations to affect it. Thus, our seafood is caught in very deep waters, with the highest salinity in Greece, and rich in plankton and clean food, since no rivers or streams end up in the bay to disturb the balance of the water composition)
Dessert: Pannacotta, based on Arnaia Karayiannis yogurt and fresh strawberries
