once the payment of loan starts which is in the year 2022, the project has negative cash flows for 11 years till2032-2033 and the project is not able to meets its loan obligations, the yellow box highlights the negative cashflowDuring the when negative cash flow period, the loan liability of the project can be met by soft loans from MMRDA/MMRC which will be adjusted from future surplus revenues.

After the year 2032-2033 the project shows positive cashflow which shows that the project is viable and can be implemented
