Viva una experiencia gastronómica guatemalteca en la Feria Alimentaria, que se llevará a cabo del 5 al 7 de septiembre en el Expocenter, de Tikal Futura.

Esta feria se trata del evento más grande de Centroamérica, donde se presentan espectaculares platillos, oportunidades de negocios y tendencias gastronómicas, con la finalidad de reactivar al sector.

Mejorando la economía

“Fuimos una de las industrias más golpeadas”, comentó Carlos Mancilla, presidente del comité organizador. Mientras que la directora del Instituto Guatemalte- co de Turismo (Inguat), Anayansy Rodríguez, aseguró: “En el Inguat somos conscientes de que la industria de la alimentación debe convertirse en un proceso colaborativo”.

El evento contará con 179 estands y la participación de 21 mipymes coordinadas por el Ministerio de Economía.

This fair is the largest event in Central America, where spectacular dishes, business opportunities, and gastronomic trends are present, reactivating the sector.

“We were one of the hardest hit industries,” commented Car- los Mancilla, president of the organizing committee.

While the director of the Guatemalan Institute of Tourism (Inguat) Anayansy Rodriguez said “In Inguat we are aware that the food industry must become a collaborative process”.

The event 179 stands and the participation of 21 MSME coordinated by the Ministry of Economy.
