The Contact Center and BPO sector in Guatemala has grown stronger in recent years, serving markets in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Spain, among others. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Minex), through its Network of Trade Counselors in the United States, coordinated together with the Ministry of Economy (Mineco) and the National Competitiveness Program (Pronacom), as well as the Municipality of Guatemala, two webinars. The purpose of the webinars is to reach companies publicizing the benefits the country offers for the relocation of their investment.
