Proyecto Urbano – Arquitectónico con una de extensión de 13.000 metros cuadrados, ubicado en la zona urbana de El Retiro, Antioquia, Colombia, sector Bicentenario, en la vía La Ceja-Puro Cuero. Es atravesado por la quebrada El Pantanillo, por lo que su forma responde a la sinuosidad de este elemento hídrico y busca hacer una abstracción de la biodiversidad colombiana, se conforma y distribuye por diferentes unidades bióticas generando diversas unidades de paisaje con equipamientos que responden a usos complementarios de la vivienda VIS (Vivienda de interés social) preexistente. Dispuesto en tres etapas, se estructura mediante ejes urbanos de diferentes jerarquías para circulación peatonal y ciclo rutas; cuenta además con la integración a través de conexiones urbanas peatonales y puentes que atraviesan el proyecto.
Urban - Architectural Project with an extension of 13,000 square meters, located in the urban area of El Retiro, Antioquia, Colombia, Bicentennial sector, on the road La Ceja-Puro Cuero. It is crossed by the El Pantanillo stream, so its shape responds to the sinuosity of this water element and seeks to make an abstraction of Colombian biodiversity, is shaped and distributed by different biotic units generating various landscape units with equipment that responds to uses complementary to the pre-existing VIS (Housing of social interest) housing. Arranged in three stages, it is structured by urban axes of different hierarchies for pedestrian circulation and cycle routes; It also has integration through pedestrian urban connections and bridges that go through the project.
A lo largo de los recorridos se sitúan áreas Cubiertas, circuitos deportivos y módulos urbanos de dos tipos: el primero para comercio y el segundo como miradores integradores, estancias o puntos de información. Cuenta además con equipamientos arquitectónicos: como lo son equipamiento deportivo Skatepark Bicentenario, equipamiento Deportivo patinódromo y su batería de apoyo, Biblioteca / Salón social, Oráculo y canchas deportivas para microfútbol y baloncesto además de un Gimnasio Urbano. Todos los equipamientos se crean para dar respuesta a la vivienda existente , las unidades bióticas generan diversidad de paisaje permitiendo al proyecto constituirse como un parque urbano que vincula , distribuye y ordena este nuevo sector de la ciudad El retiro.
Along the routes there are covered areas, sports circuits and urban modules of two types: the first for trade and the second as integrated viewpoints, rooms or information points. Determinado. Por medio del trabajo de piso se determina la relaciĂłn entre lo habitable y el contexto, creando un teatro al aire libre para mĂşltiples usos en temporalidades variables, usos como cultura, religiĂłn y esparcimiento hacen parte del espacio dado, conectado por sus meandros con la quebrada El Pantanillo contiguo al proyecto.
Determined. Reestructuración. Cuerpo. Proyecto urbano que se desarrolla con un enfoque al trabajo corporal en primera instancia, en el cual se promueven artes como el parkour y fitness training, los cuales se dispersan y toman escena en mĂşltiples zonas del parque, creando el movimiento funcional, de uso y del usuario, estructurado por las pendientes de escorrentĂas del sector.

Tratamiento. La imagen de ciudad que se da a nivel de calle y establece parámetros que dictan la conformación general de esta, la tradición y el arraigo histórico se ve reflejado, se proyecta y se habita en un ámbito lineal, por medio de la adecuación de fachadas para la creación de atmósferas variables, según los tipos de fachadas planteadas con las relaciones transversales y longitudinales de estas.
Treatment. Secuencia. Una Secuencia de módulos aparecen en el espacio, pensados y orientados a tener una mayor relación con el espacio público en la conformación de un patio urbano el cual articula y une la diversa cantidad de dinámicas que aparecen planteadas en el espacio, funcionando como un equipamiento urbano y regional por su magnitud y especificidad del programa.
Sequence. A Sequence of modules appear in the space, designed and oriented to have a greater relationship with the public space in the conformation of an urban patio which articulates and unites the diverse amount of dynamics that appear in the space, functioning as an urban facility and regional because of its magnitude and specificity of the program.
Cada módulo es dotado de un espacio libre a su interior para lograr una cualidad flexible y la posibilidad de que el espacio se usado según la necesidad o requerimiento del momento y la proyectación de mobiliario definido, acotado y específico para el uso y requerimiento interno de los módulos y del espacio público en general.

Proyecto arquitectónico cultural. Bloques en secuencia,intersticios y conectores. El proyecto parte del entendimiento del contexto en el que está ubicado, recreación y educación pertenecen a este sector en gran porcentaje, se busca un elemento articulador el cual recrea varios aspectos de los mencionados y refuerza sus características, la cultura, o los elementos culturales como centro de estructuración empiezan a establecer el foco característico del proyecto.
Cultural architectural project. Blocks in sequence, interstices and connectors. The project starts from the understanding of the context in which it is located, recreation and education belong to this sector in large percentage, an articulating element is sought which recreates several aspects of the mentioned and reinforces its characteristics, culture, or cultural elements such as structuring center begin to establish the characteristic focus of the project.

Relación topográfica. Dada la topografía, el eje z, la verticalidad, obtiene gran protagonismo en el planteamiento del proyecto. El recorrido parte de la correcta implantación en el terreno, las curvas de las cotas topográficas marcan la sinuosidad del recorrido vertical, logrando una pendiente descansada en un pabellón natural que establece un ritmo y un tipo de visuales exteriores, de contexto inmediato y horizonte lejano.
Topographic relationship. Given the topography, the z-axis, verticality, gets great prominence in the approach of the project. Proyecto arquitectónico comercial. Libera espacio en primer piso y dispone todo su uso formalizado en una barra, en función a su topografía plana, y su densidad baja, establecido en una escala rural por su ubicación y alcance en la zona en la cual se implanta el proyecto. Su distribución funcional, permite relaciones interiores y exteriores por medio de un patio que cumple funciones bioclimáticas para lograr el hábitat y confort interior adecuado y la disposición de los módulos comerciales hacia el exterior, logrando visuales homogéneas del horizonte inmediato.
Commercial architectural project. Entendimiento de la topografía. El proyecto surge de la relación entre programa interior y topografía existente adecuando e implantando los volúmenes que formalmente conforman una cinta en relación a la sinuosidad de las cotas que establece el territorio en el que se ubica el proyecto.
Understanding of topography. The project arises from the relationship between the interior program and existing topography, adapting and implementing the volumes that formally form a ribbon in relation to the sinuosity of the dimensions established by the territory in which the project is located.
Por medio de la topografía se establecen accesos a niveles variados, con ámbitos específicos según su dirección de apertura, para dar variedad de control en cada espacio e individualidad necesaria de espacios, que en este caso es requerido por el programa que contiene cada volumen, el cuidado de especies arbóreas.

Atmósferas rurales. Debido a su ubicación rural el proyecto se enfoca con relación entorno natural, estableciendo una distancia y respeto con el bosque y lago existente. Con un manejo de escala media, se logra la relación del peatón con las atmósferas rurales recreadas para el público que lo habitará, teniendo en cuenta, el uso general de cultivo de plantas medicinales y sus ámbitos arquitectónicos comerciales.
Rural atmospheres. Due to its rural location, the project focuses on the natural environment, establishing a distance and respect for the existing forest and lake. Dos bloques. Se disponen dos masas de forma perpendicular para la conformación del lote, una cinta los une y refuerza la esquina en la conservación del paramento, se crea un centro, un vacío, un espacio de congregación y reunión, el cual va en función del proyecto y de espacio público exterior, haciendo de esto ,un espacio libre, un primer piso totalmente permeable.

La ciudad es un tejido, abundante en continuidades y pausas, el parque Rumipamba nace entonces como una pausa a la agitación de una ciudad, vacío ante la densa formalización del territorio y la puesta en escena de la historia y cultura existente. La arquitectura patrimonial que contiene al parque, hace parte integral del proceso de proyectación, esta da parámetros como moodboards, relaciones y ejes de composición que a la hora de establecerse en el espacio tomarán protagonismo en la habitabilidad del parque.
The city is a fabric, abundant in continuities and pauses, the Rumipamba park was born as a pause to the agitation of a city, empty before the dense formalization of the territory and the staging of the existing history and culture. The heritage architecture that contains the park, is an integral part of the design process, this gives parameters such as moodboards, relationships and axes of composition that at the time of establishing themselves in the space will take center stage in the habitability of the park.
El espacio público es el escenario de la interacción social cotidiana, cumple funciones materiales y tangibles: es el soporte físico de las actividades cuyo fin es satisfacer las necesidades urbanas colectivas que trascienden los límites de los intereses individuales. El espacio público tiene además una dimensión social, cultural y política, es un lugar de relación y de identificación, de manifestaciones, de contacto entre la gente, de vida urbana y expresión comunitaria.
The public space is the scene of daily social interaction, fulfills material and tangible functions: it is the physical support of the activities whose purpose is to satisfy the collective urban needs that transcend the limits of individual interests. The public space also has a social, cultural and political dimension, it is a place of relationship and identification, of demonstrations, of contact between people, of urban life and community expression.

Partiendo de la base, el trazado, la retícula, la malla, se establecen una serie de nodos, focos puntuales y proyectuales para la renovación del espacio público, teniendo no solo un edificio, sino también una secuencia estructurante de proyectos arquitectónicos y urbanos, en la conformación de un nuevo tejido de ciudad. Por medio de puntos con carácter público, se conecta la ciudad olvidada y se resaltan sus cualidades ocultas, en la conformación de la continuidad de relaciones colectivas, generales y específicas.
Nodes. Starting from the base, the layout, the grid, the mesh, a series of nodes, point and project foci are established for the renovation of the public space, having not only a building, but also a structuring sequence of architectural and urban projects, in the conformation of a new city fabric. Ordenar. El proyecto parte del ordenamiento y fortalecimiento del flujo sobre la calle de Argentina, por medio del ordenamiento del comercio informal, determinaci贸n de zonas libres, disminuir el uso del autom贸vil y creaci贸n de nodos para generar tensi贸n sobre el flujo.

La operación formal de desmantelar un icono del monumento a la violencia y anticultura, se une con la estrategia de reconstrucción y reconfiguración de un espacio que opera como un anti-monumento donde la simpleza, austeridad, claridad y respeto por el entorno y personas que habitan su alrededor sean su principal función y son totalmente opuestos a lo que su predecesor simbolizaba , a su vez este da paso para promover la unión de la comunidad y todo aquello que quieran expresar en un espacio pensado para la ciudad.
The formal operation of dismantling an icon of the monument to violence and anti-culture, joins with the strategy of reconstruction and reconfiguration of a space that operates as an anti-monument where simplicity, austerity, clarity and respect for the environment and people who live their surroundings are their main function and are totally opposed to what their predecessor symbolized, in turn this gives way to promote the union of the community and everything they want to express in a space designed for the city.
Decidimos proponer un espacio donde la memoria y la reflexión se encuentren con una función principal y es la de unir, donde la narrativa sea clara, trasparente y permita múltiples recorridos definidos por la generación de símbolos dispuestos en un trazo transversal que permita visibilizar y darles voz a hechos, acontecimientos y victimas de nuestra historia, creando memoria individual o colectiva de una manera no consecutiva permitiendo generar múltiples experiencias. En un segundo momento el trazo de memoria permite conectar y reconocer la topografía específica y el entorno en el cual esta implementada, permitiendo estructurar plataformas verdes que permitan que opere la reflexión a través de actores naturales, especies de diferentes características, algunas que han sido testigos de momentos de dolor y otras nuevas que simbolizan la esperanza y el futuro y que paramentan la plataforma de reflexión colectiva e individual. Esta estrategia permite la creación de un espacio donde la reflexión y la memoria conviven, no como operaciones aisladas sino como actores que promueven la unión, es allí donde los múltiples recorridos se encuentra con un espacio central que promueve la palabra, la verdad, la expresión y la humanidad como nuestra principal herramienta contra la violencia y el olvido.
We decided to propose a space where memory and reflection meet with a main function and is to unite, where the narrative is clear, transparent and allows multiple paths defined by the generation of symbols arranged in a transversal line that allows to visualize and give voice to events, events and victims of our history, creating individual or collective memory in a non-consecutive way, allowing us to generate multiple experiences. In a second moment the memory trace allows to connect and recognize the specific topography and the environment in which it is implemented, allowing structuring green platforms that allow reflection to operate through natural actors, species of different characteristics, some of which have witnessed of moments of pain and new ones that symbolize hope and the future and that paramentan the platform of collective and individual reflection. This strategy allows the creation of a space where reflection and memory coexist, not as isolated operations but as actors that promote unity, that is where the multiple paths meet with a central space that promotes the word, the truth, the expression and humanity as our main tool against violence and oblivion 173

El concepto central para la unidad de desarrollo del Centro Felicidad Chapinero se concibe como un soporte contenedor y extensión de un sistema urbano - arquitectónico horizontal, con jerarquías, capas y conexiones verticales que complementen y potencien sus usos culturales, deportivos y recreativos. Se estructura a través de 3 estrategias: 1. Conformar un sistema vertical y horizontal de ensamble híbrido: se plantea un sistema de espacios agrupados según su complejidad formal, estructural y fragmentación espacial permitiendo conectar y articular las zonas deportivas, recreativas y culturales. 2. Implementar como eje central la entropía del color en la naturaleza espacial del edificio: se asigna un color como una experiencia sensorial entre el comportamiento y la síntesis según el uso del espacio, su categoría y escala en el proyecto en relación con los usuarios. 3. Incentivar la polivalencia espacial: el edificio se centra en las variaciones formales de cada espacio, desde su jerarquía primaria, hasta sus múltiples variaciones permitiendo el uso extendido y funcional de estos. The central concept for the development unit of the Chapinero Happiness Center is conceived as a container support and extension of an urban - architectural horizontal system, with hierarchies, layers and vertical connections that complement and enhance its cultural, sports and recreational uses. It is structured through 3 strategies: 1. To form a vertical and horizontal system of hybrid assembly: a system of spaces grouped according to their formal, structural complexity and spatial fragmentation is proposed, making it possible to connect and articulate sports, recreational and cultural areas. 2. Implement as a central axis the entropy of color in the spatial nature of the building: a color is assigned as a sensory experience between behavior and synthesis according to the use of space, its category and scale in the project in relation to users. 3. Encourage spatial polyvalence: the building focuses on the formal variations of each space, from its primary hierarchy, to its multiple variations allowing the extended and functional use of these. La estrategia de implantación urbana cuenta con diversas etapas: la primera se enfoca en la estructuración paramental y la conformación de la manzana urbana según los retiro; la segunda es la implementación de un primer piso urbano translúcido escalado a la dimensión del peatón en la ciudad, permitiendo la extensión de la malla peatonal, ciclística y cultural en el perímetro urbano; la tercera es la relación de alturas sobre el skyline conformado, permitiendo reflejar los paramentos y establecer relaciones tectónicas directas; la cuarta es el uso del color como categoría de hito zonal, creando una relación de reconocimiento urbano visual y sensitivo; y la quinta es la relación interior - exterior dada por la disposición de las visuales, relacionándolo con la ciudad y su entorno inmediato.
