Payment Portal Instructions

MEMBER SERVICES ONLINE PAYMENT PORTAL LOGON INSTRUCTIONS OVERVIEW This document provides an overview of the Online Payment Portal. From this site you can manage your contact and profile information, pay CMF, Member or Auxiliary Fees, or make a contribution to NIF.

Home Screen

FIRST TIME LOGON Account – You already have an account if you are an ABPS diplomate or member of the AAPS. Your login is your Member Number. The first time you attempt to logon you must set your password.

1. From the HOME Screen click on Log On from the top menu, the left side menu or click on Pay in the text to get to the AAPS Log on screen.

2. Get your Logon and reset your password. a. If you do not know your member number click ‘Forgot my logon’.

b. If you know and enter your Member Number click ‘Forgot my password’.

On either screen complete the information and submit. You will receive an email with your login and instructions to reset your password. The email will go to the address listed in the member database.

Enter your password of choice and submit.

From here manage contact information and pay annual fees and contributions to Aux or NIF.

First let’s make a payment!

Pay your fees online

This area displays the Annual fee amount and cannot be changed.

This area enables payment of the Voluntary Auxiliary dues or National Initiative Fund (NIF) donations.

Please contact accounting if you need to pay something other than the amount in the Annual Cert.

Maintenance fee.

You may donate any amount to NIF by changing the listed suggested dollar amount. Auxiliary dues are fixed - please do not change this amount. You must click to deselect boxes to if you do not wish pay these Voluntary fees. Click on the yellow bar – ‘Add Selected Items to Cart’.

My Cart

Your Confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed in the database. Here you have the option to have the payment confirmation sent elsewhere by changing the email address. Use the back button at this point to change amounts or select other payments. If this screen shows the items and amounts you wish to pay, continue by clicking ‘Next’.

Payment Information

Enter all required information. You must read and click on the attestation statement in order to proceed. When ready click ’Next’.
