pre-wall installation planning The key to any stylish bathroom is in the planning. With Easi-plan any bathroom structure is possible and space can be used more efficiently. Some examples of innovative use of pre-wall design are shown below. The Easi-plan range is not just restricted to sanitaryware fixing frames. Using the voids created by the Easi-plan frame offers the option of having stylish recessed natural timber cabinets to make maximum use of space within the bathroom. These offer vital storage space, an area often overlooked in bathrooms, whilst giving the room the ultimate designer look.

EASI-PLAN Water distribution manifolds
why use water distribution manifolds? Note: Please note that the use of water distribution manifolds is restricted to installations using mains pressure water supplies and/or combination boilers. •
The use of water distribution manifolds in mains pressure installations is an ideal way of giving ultimate serviceability of all your bathroom products. This offers a very professional installation that is both quiet and easy to install.
•
The diagram below show separate hot and cold water manifolds being positioned within the pre-wall void, so that they are accessible through the over basin shelf.
•
Hot and cold water is connected to one end of each manifold which has a 3/4” thread. The separate appliances (i.e. the WC system, the bath/shower valve and the basin) are then piped back to the 1/2” male threads on the manifolds.
•
The manifolds can be marked up in either blue or red (i.e. hot or cold) and they can also be configured so each outlet has the appliance name (i.e. WC, shower valve, etc.).
•
To make the plumbing even easier, Easi-plan also offers a range of large bore stainless steel flexible hoses that can be used to install all the sanitary ware items. These hoses are listed on page 317 and may be configured to bespoke sizes if required (please contact our sales office for your specific requirements).

Please note that this is simply a selection of available hoses. All hoses are available in bespoke sizes to your required lengths. Also hoses are available in 3/4” as well as 1/2” sizes.
