Complete Sanitary Fixing Solutions • Easi-plan is an ultra flexible range of concealed sanitaryware installation frames that allow the bathroom designer to design with flair and imagination with no need to compromise installation quality. • The hidden frames cover all aspects of sanitaryware and brassware installation including WCs, basins and bidets. They create a pre-wall fixing system eliminating the need for unsightly pipe boxing and exposed pipes. • Easi-plan has been designed specifically for the UK market and its innovative design and installation features make this the future of bathroom design.
PRE-WALL INSTALLATION PLANNING The key to any stylish bathroom is in the planning. With Easi-plan any bathroom structure is possible and space can be used more efficiently. Some examples of innovative use of pre-wall design are shown opposite. The Easi-plan range is not just restricted to sanitaryware fixing frames. Using the voids created by the Easi-plan frame offers the option of having stylish recessed natural timber cabinets to make maximum use of space within the bathroom. These offer vital storage space, an area often overlooked in bathrooms, whilst giving the room the ultimate designer look. 6

Returns

Goods may be returned for credit only following written approval by Abacus -please refer to the Returns Policy on our website for further details.
Abacus products are manufactured to exacting standards and following the care and cleaning guidelines below will ensure that your bathroom will give you years of effective use.
Special-order or bespoke items are non-returnable.
Taps & Brassware
Abacus reserve the right to refuse credit on goods returned damaged or in a condition unfit for resale.
Taps and brassware products should be cleaned with a diluted mild detergent such as washing up liquid applied with a soft sponge or cloth, and then buffed dry with a microfibre cloth. Avoid using acids, rough sponges or steel wool and do not leave detergent on the products for long periods of time.
Order cancellation will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.
Also there may be an applicable charge for the reboxing of a returned product. Return requests must be initiated via our Dealer Portal or via email salessupport@abacusmg.co.uk
Towel Warmers Both mild steel and stainless steel towel warmers should be cleaned only when cold with a moist soft or microfibre cloth. Any surface oxidation on the products should be removed using a metal polishing cream such as ‘PEEK’. We also recommend that towel warmers are polished with a PEEK type product on an annual basis to give long-lasting surface protection. Glass Our glass wetroom screens are protected by an easyclean nano-technology coating to make cleaning easier. We recommend that glass screens are cleaned with a diluted detergent and dried with a microfibre cloth. We recommend regular wiping of glass screens in order to remove excess water, which in some areas can be quite aggressive. General NEVER use products containing bleach on bathroom products or any cleaners or cloths of an abrasive nature.
