A range of special paint finishes can be applied to almost all of our furniture range – to give that “one off” effect. Colours specified from BS4800 range can be used to achieve solid colour. Limed finishes are also available.

Care and Maintenance Lacquers Abbey lacquers meet the standards of BS6250 and offer excellent protection against heat and scratches. Cleaning To clean your wooden furniture, use a warm, damp and slightly soapy (diluted washing up liquid) cloth. Do not use spray cleaners or wax to clean as these build up over a period of time and will eventually leave marks on the wooden surface. Care Ensure that all wooden furniture does not suffer from extremes of heat or moisture as this will damage joints and craze the lacquer. Do not drag the furniture as this may weaken the construction of the product.
