White Meat VS Red Meat! F ro m t h i s p ro j e c t I w a n t t o u s e data to tell a story which is about the different fat levels of pork and chicken. I do believe information can be visulize and it is the most beaitiful image which made by human's action. In this project I focused on finding a better way to discrib data and transform it into a particular shape which can be see, can be touch or even can play with it. In China pork and chicken are the

most popular meat in people's daily life. People also talking about losing weight at the same time. So I am going to do a reserch and find out a better way on eating but not geting fat. I collected all the information about different fat level on pork and chicken, also find out the different fat level in different part of chicken and pig. Then you will see whcih par t you eat will easier to make you fat or which part healthier.

I detached the pig and chicken into some different parts and got the data on the different level of fat then I used colour to label them.
