MASPERO CULTURE CENTER Graduation Project Maspero, Cairo
The project aims to revive the original culture of Egypt with a prototype architectural unit in the heart of Cairo. The project contains exhibition, museum, theatre, educational, and commercial bazaars zones. D I SC OV E RE D N OT B U I LT According to the rich history of Maspero, The builing designed to be discovered out of Maspero land, not built as an additional mass, which applied by making the approach towards the community with the same level of the ceiling of the facing mass. Once the visitor enter the project from the residential side approach, he is already in another environment and almost buffered from the outside the surroundings. In order to put the visitors in the needed mood to raise their scene of belonging to the project and achieve the concept of awareness.

TIME CAPSULE A hologramatic space that displaying the milestones through the history of Egypt. The concept behind is a 3D lighting system which comes from the three dimentional corner; walls, ceiling, and flooring. The paces works as a keeping history capsule which tell the events that changed the flow of the Egyptian culture.
