“ROFAQA” CHILDREN CARE INITIATIVE
Rofaq, a Qatar Charity’s initiative, is based on an integrated and unique system of work, which automates the service through three parties:-

First party is a donor or sponsor benefiting from Rofaqa’s system, which enable him/her to select options such as category, nationality, age, gender and the needs of a person for the purpose of sponsorship. The donor or sponsor can manage his/her account through a personal profile that includes all his/her donations and sponsorships.

Second party is the beneficiary (sponsored persons) in more than 50 countries around the world where Qatar Charity’s offices and its partners enter personal information and the needs of children eligible for sponsorship through the specific information program to make such information available in the form in the marketing system and on the website. Then, the data is digitally managed and the sponsorship process as well as the monthly payments are automatically made through the bank accounts for the family of the sponsored person.

The third party acting as a mediator is the system itself at Qatar Charity’s headquarters where the concerned departments provide support and care for the system directly by providing a unique database and information, which are fully secured and include all data required by both parties. All the necessary means of support, maintenance and protection are provided to the system to ensure the continuation of the methodology of work in accordance with the automated system that facilitates the process of sponsorship.

The World Refugee School (WRS) is a global initiative established by a group of leading technology, education, and international development companies. HOME COLLECTOR HOME COLLECTOR Home Collector service on Qatar Charity’s app Allows users to make donations anywhere in Qatar.
This technology is part of QC’s efforts to make the donation process smart, easy and simple, since many donors are not able to come in person to Qatar Charity’s office or points of collection. Through the app, donors can request for the service of a ‘home collector’, and the app will locate the donor on the map and send his request to the collector near to his location. Then, the collector will contact the donor to receive the contributions . Qatar Charity’s App is now available on Android and iOS. Through the app, donors can make, track and manage their contributions. It also includes a donor profile page and maintains the privacy of personal information of the donor. The app users can choose from Qatar Charity’s different projects, sponsorship programs and campaigns. Moreover, donors can view periodic reports, videos and photos related to their contributions through the app. Users can donate by credit or debit cards from any place in the world as well as get the latest news on voluntary, charitable and humanitarian work worldwide through the app. Qatar Charity’s employs several methods to receive donations.
