EVENT MALL Project brif The project is a renovaaon of the facades of the Event Mall located in the south of Jeddah, which also includes a renewal of the ennre movement of cars and pedestrians within the project and a new design for parking lots that conforms to the standards and requirements of the Jeddah Municipality. It also includes the development of an open boulevard area that increases the value of the rental spaces within the project. Scope of work - Redesign the facades. - Re-design the parking lot area. - Propose design idea for the boulevard. 04. KAU FACULTY HOUSING Project brif The project includes 1350 housing units for KAU faculty. Each apartment will be developed on a 200 sqm plot with a build-up size of 420 sqm. The property has two floors, an ex tension, and a parking garage. This project has a total budget of more than 1 billion SR . The super visor is in charge of the innovators. Built up area 567,000 sqm Project status Finished My role in this project - Super vising the finishing works to ensure their conformity with the drawings and technical standards. - Receiving the finished villas from the contractor and preparing the final handover reports for the unit.

5.0 RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX Project brif The project is a urban residennal complex which there are residennal units with different classificaaon in terms of area and number of rooms available in the residennal unit and has elements and faciliies to ensure that the needs of different users . And we will work on the project site and make it offers value to the neighborhood , the project is located in Al-Hamra neighborhood in the west of Jeddah. It is one of the neighborhoods with a good average populaaon density , we will discuss the social situa-on and the full environment studies, which will explain the advantages of the site and some of the disadvantages . 5.0 RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX Consept The idea of the project is to create social diversity in the housing complex. To ensure that the local community accepts the idea that a field survey has been conducted that will capture people's opinions . Do you accept common uses with neighbors? - yes - no Do you allow your child to play outside his home? - no - yes -If the environment is ready Criteria - Create common areas among the populaaon . - Diversity in the design of residennal units to suit different cultures.
