“My course mate and I are both very keen golfers and when we heard about the Sports Innovation Challenge in our final year we thought we should enter. There aren’t many golf apps aimed at increasing participation in the sport, and we thought we should try and fix that problem. All of the lecturers were great and very helpful. Everyone is very encouraging which is exactly what you need.

BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise

You choose from a range of topics that cover the physiology and psychology of performance, the science of training practices, the development and social impact of sport and exercise (e.g. on health and wellbeing), and the evaluation and analysis of sports performance.
