Summer School in Scotland The summer school involves lectures and workshops at Abertay University and several exciting visits to field locations, which will enhance both the academic and the cultural value of the summer school. The combination of classroom learning and external visits has been designed specifically to complement and enhance learning through personal observation, development of critical thinking skills, social and cultural awareness and to enable students to gain meaningful, hands-on experiences directly linked to course objectives and course assessment. The city visits have been tailored to this summer school to showcase Scotland as a leader in business education, and as a destination for further study.
