High level dashboards aligned to my KPIs, shows me at a glance if there is anything I need to worry about. Regular information on space utilisation, allowing space to be planned more effectively. Live stream ability for teaching allows organisation to react to events more easily. Smart, automatic building systems alerts reduces risks of building issues, and saves money on heating/lighting etc. Regular meetings with IT to understand changes going on, and to highlight my business issues. Workload allocation process is simplified by pulling in information that is already there from timetabling etc. SITS workflows make it easier for me to approve changes.

Document management means less organisational time is wasted trying to find information and we can respond more quickly to FOI/SAR etc. Real time applicant and recruitment information. Sentiment analysis to understand the impact of any changes to the student experience. Regular monthly management accounts showing income in and expenditure and ROI of fundraising. Reports of staff illness automatically routed to whoever needs to know and students are alerted before coming in for a class. More processes are automated. A new finance system is implemented, giving me real time access to my budget and dashboards on performance. Research and finance links for HESA and for tracking. Dashboard which shows how we meet our pedagogic aims across all protected characteristics.

Sentiment analysis shows instantly when issues negatively affect our student abertay.ac.uk perception and show us how we compare to our competitors.
