RTI SONG If we could consider each other A neighbour, a friend or a brother It would be a wonderful, wonderful world It would be a wonderful world (Chorus) If each little kid had fresh milk each day If each old soul had some place to stay If each working man had enough time to play It would be a wonderful world... (Chorus) If there were no poor and the rich were content If strangers were welcome wherever they went If each of us knew what true brotherhood meant It would be a wonderful world...(Chorus) If people all over the world would trust one another Not thinking about their race or their colour If they did agree to join hands altogether It would be a wonderful world... (Chorus) If Tablers of India can properly plan To do for their country whatever they can If FELLOWSHIP brings about SERVICE to man It would be a wonderful world...Chorus) Oh Boy! It would be wonderful world.

IPP Tr. Suman Voora has sent us a proposal about a worthy project in Nagaland which will benefit 250 children. Since it is in a remote area the infrastructure cost would be a little higher. RT 42 & Rt 62 are already contributing for this project. This project is spearheaded by Tinsukia Round Table under their vigilance. The floor is positive to move ahead. Hence the floor approved the project. Currently the work is under process and we look forward to inaugurate the school sometime in the month of February.

Ginger Bread Craft Workshop at JW Marriott

AWSOME AUTMN CPRT34 (17-18)

10 of our Twinklers took part in the Ginger Bread Craft workshop held at JW Marriott on the 16th f December. In this workshop little children were made to decorate an edible house with marshmellows and candies. They were made to wear Christman aprons and the kitchen was at their disposal. It was one of the best twinkler events in recent times. The kids had a ball.

Twinklers Time

AWSOME AUTMN CPRT34 (17-18)

We continued our initiative where our Twinkler Conveners will speak about and highlight one or two Twinklers, as in their likes, sunsign, activities, etc. all together their biography. Both our Twinkler conveners Tr. Abhishek Harlalka & Tr. Prashant Choudhary are doing a fabulous job.

Small moments are at times Memories for Lifetime. And when it is about Twinklers of 346 family they await there Santa Uncle every year which brings in gifts and smiles for everyone. And a promise and hope to be back next year with more gifts. The annual Uncle Santa Coming Home event for twinklers at RT 34 n LC 46 continued the 3rd Consecutive Year. A brief out line out the event , we divide the city in 3 basic areas Salt Lake , Alipore and Ballygunge ... 2 Tablers from each area get dressed up like Santa and visit the Tablers n active sq leg homes in that area for a surprise to the twinklers with a gift (wish of the twinklers) pre-arranged by the respective parents and a goodie bag ( from the table ). This year we had Tr. Kunal Jain n Tr. Abhishek Bhaiya for salt lake , Tr. Prashant Choudhary n Tr. Pranay Dhelia for Alipore n Tr. Tushar Agarwal n HT Mahesh Kedia for Ballygunge and needless to say they brought in smiles to each and every twinkler of 346 family . The entire family of 346 appreciated their efforts by taking out time and moving around the city being dressed like a Santa . The best part is that even the grandparents are now excited and waiting for Santa Uncle to come home and play with the little ones. The USP of this event is not only receiving gifts but to teach the twinklers with the Art of Giving. Each and every twinklers had bought goodie bag to be given to at least 5 under privilege kids in the city to bring smiles in the faces of those innocent kids too. It is told that the best way to please God is by bringing smiles to the faces of kids who are deprived of all the luxuries they have been given. Overall it is an experience of treasured moments to be cherished for life.

Best Practices The journey of Calcutta Park Street Round Table 34 so far in the year 2017-18 has again been a superlative one till now under the Chairmanship of Tr. Abhishek Bhaiya ONCE MORE. We have incepted and adopted some of the BEST PRACTICES. They are as follows :

MEETINGS - This year we have maintained this practice of organising themed meetings, like meeting wearing Ties, wearing Spectacles, Tricolour themed meeting etc. to name a few. GIFT HAMPER FOR TWINKLERS This year we will be sending gift hampers to every Twinkler on their birthday from the 3(4)6 family. FELLOWSHIP – MCBC - We have started an unique monthly fellowship named “MCBC” as in Marriage Celebration Birthday Celbrations. We organise a fellowship monthly and we celebrate the Anniversary and Birthday of all the Tablers, Circlers and HTs Sq Legs falling in that particular month. The members of our family have been overwhelmed with this initiative. These were the best practices that we have followed in the past Quarter.

AWSOME AUTMN CPRT34 (17-18)

AWSOME AUTMN CPRT34 (17-18)

TWINKLERS - We initiated a practice where our Twinkler Conveners will speak about and highlight one or two Twinklers, as in their likes, sunsign, activities, etc. all together their biography. They mention their qualities in the most humorous way. We record this and the Twinkler gets to see it later. It makes them feel their importance to their immediate Tabling family and also everyone get to know more about that Twinkler. This initiative has been hugely appreciated by all our Tablers & Circlers.
