Your work this past year has drawn from your strengths in fellowship and transcended into multiple facets of tabling.
Tr. Niraj P. Dhote Round Table India - Area IV Immediate Area Vice Chairman Table Talk Editor Elect (2014-2015)
I am a firm believer that to achieve something out of the ordinary, you have to push the envelope, you have to overcome your fears and you have to go beyond the usual, Chairman Tr. Bharat Bagla your interaction in the Area was commendable having more than 50 inter table fellowships and no need to drought yours efforts for your table which has set a benchmark. Chairman Tr. Bharat your leadership has some great achievements out of which would like to highlight few of them: In Fellowship CPRT34 had more than 100 fellowship and I had chance to attend few of them and trust me they were mind blowing, in fellowship your interaction with the area was also high. CPRT34 brought smiles to more than 2500 children with their 2 FTE projects congratulations to the project convener Tr. Prashant Mantri for completing these fantastic projects. Fundraisers, Publicity and LAPD were also high this year.. Over all Chairman Tr. Bharat Bagla under your leadership CPRT34 again had one more fantastic year which will be remembered in coming times. The list of achievements during the year gone by is too long to list here, but it was a pleasure to see so many of you at the area and national events and indeed, that is the best way to do Tabling! It is the single biggest gift Round Table can offer you - the wonderful world of friends across India. The most important source of communication to and from the Table is the Table Secretary, and the performance of the Table is judged by the reporting through your Table Meeting Minutes. I commend Table Secretary Tr. Abhishek Bhaiya for being a fantastic support to Chairman as well as the Table. At this point I would like to thank Tr. Brijesh Dalmia and Tr. Rohit Bajaj for all their unconditional support during the time of elections in the last NAGM. Tr. Dear Bharat, Legacy is nothing else but sincerity, hard work and commitment of the present. This stands so very true for CPRT 34 and the year gone by is again a testimony to this. Being a part of such legacy in itself gives a heads up and a ready platform. It allows us to showcase our talent, polish the rough edges and become what we are capable of. To a great extent I have myself witnessed it in my own life being a part of CPRT 34 and wonderful movement of Round Table India. LMF Tr. Brijesh Dalmia IPC

If I have done my work well and successfully throughout the year it is due to the support, help and time given by the tablers of 34. Without this support I don't think that we could have functioned as well and as smoothly and taking our circle / table to such great heights. Congrats to Chairman Bharat and his team for a wonderful year and 346 will cherish the moments forever.

Dear Friends, As the clichĂŠ says everything has to end, so is my tenure as Secretary. When I took over as Secretary of CPRT 34, then President Tr. Vineet said that by the time you get hold of the position, its time to give it up. I cannot agree more.
LMF Tr. Abhishek Bhaiya Secretary CPRT 34
Being the secretary of one of the most vibrant table in the country is not an easy task. But yes with team like this behind you makes your life easier.Initially when Chairman Tr. Bharat came to me asking to be the table secretary I said "Pagal ho gayahaikya, I am not a secretary material". Some how he convinced me and here I am completed my tenure, &I believe, with passing marks. Had it not been Bharat I would have not been the secretary. His constant support even at odd hours of the day made my life very easy. He gave me full liberty to do as I wish, which I feel is very important for any Chairman-Secretary relationship. Thanks bro for everything. The encouragement that you get from the floor of 34 is something which keeps you motivated throughout. The guidance from our HTs and Sq. legs is the icing on the cake. Handling a bunch of crazy conveners was something which kept me always on my toes. All the conveners made sure that we have enough material to report. Thank you friends for your stupendous work which kept my keyboard running, reporting everything to nationals and area. It was indeed an amazing learning experience which no education institute can provide. The pat at the back from National and Area after every quarter was like a Million Dollars. Thank you Area Chairman Tr. Raja, AST Tr. Mayank, National Secretary Tr. Suman and National President Tr. Harish for always appreciating my work. Finally I wish Tr. Harmeet, Tr. Girish, Tr. Aditya, Tr. Mahesh all the very best, and I am sure they will bring another year of glory at CPRT 34. Signing off Thank you.
